The menu selection was very limited and sadly although the pool area was great there were not enough sunbeds available.

Staff and facilities were great. Loved the complimentary coffee, tea and water available in reception. Rooms clean and tidy . The pool was a great place to chill .

The decor is not to our taste!

The receptionist Nadia, was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and professional. There is a fabulous restaurant called La Ferme 2 minutes drive away.

We could hear our neighbours' in the room next door to us, so perhaps better sound insulation is needed when the hotel re-decorates. The lack of some breakfast items.

The hotel was ideal for us to stop overnight, whilst we were travelling. The breakfast was good but the staff need to be more attentive in replacing the breakfast items, particularly during the hours of breakfast, as some items were not available. The swimming pool looked inviting (but we did not use it).

Slightly dated, but this really didn’t affect our stay.

The hotel was lovely, although slightly dated it was still extremely clean and very comfortable. The outside pool area was beautiful we had some lovely weather during our stay so it was lovely to sit outside have a drink while the children played in the pool.

Some areas of the hotel are now a bit old and tired.

Perfect location when visiting the area and to avoid the traffic in Nantes. The airport is 20 minutes away. The staff are wonderful, very happy and helpful.

The room has not been well cleaned. Room bins not emptied and a tampon wrapper lying on cupboard. No pillow or duvet protectors and the pillows were quite dirty under the case. Limited eating options.

Easy access just off main highway. Good parking. Good sized rooms with good facilities

Highly recommend. Travelled with pets and children. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Very clean. Lovely calm atmosphere. Swimming pool and surrounding area 100%. Thank you.

Saw some small bits and bobs in the swimming pool like small hair and dirt

Luis was an amazing host, served us wonderful cocktails and drinks at the bar. I loved the free massage chair and the swimming pool was decently heated and nice to swim in. Beds were really comfortable and the shower was nice and easy to use, as well as being easy to change temperatures. Food was delicious and was like a buffet where you could pick any to your liking. Staff were wonderfully accommodating when it came to losing a keycard: they would happily give a spare in case we lost one. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again, 10/10. 👏

Air-conditioning in the dining area is a little bit lower than adjacent areas

We have pre-empted the hotel of our estimated arrival past midnight. As we were struggling to find the hotel, we decided to call. No answer after multiple long attempts. When we finally found the hotel, the staff member wasn’t aware of our arrival, and not apologising for not answering the phone. Then, on our way to the room, there were electrical cables coming off the ceiling… No explanation or apologies signals at the hotel.

On a plus side, breakfast was relaxed, good variety of food and check out member of staff very nice.

hotel would really need some renovation, unpleasant smell in the reception hall, poor pricing / quality ratio
