One of the best apartments in 2 months of travel through Spain and France. Perfectly situated able to walk into the centre in 5 mins. Quirky decor with private parking.

An exceptionally clean apartment (and I’m fussy!) with a great central location in Dinan. Really great having a washing machine to use. Free onsite parking was appreciated. Laurence was a very good host who communicated well via messaging. Thanks very much for the complimentary chocolate & treats. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

This apartment was in an excellent position within easy walking distance of the main attractions and with easy access to shops and restaurants. The on site parking was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Host communication was excellent and any queries we had were answered very quickly.

Not much. Very nice place.

The apartment is well appointed and we used the facilities to cook breakfast and dinner occaisonally. Well laid out and comfortable. Shower was unusual with a large step up to accomodate the plumbing. Otherwise, very nice. Good location although quiet a few steps which is not to be unexpected in France.

There was nothing not to like

Communication from the host was very good, sending photos of where to located the lock safe etc. The only thing missing was which was the allocated parking space. The apartment itself was excellent and we would definitelty stay there again if we return to Dinan. The apartment was close to edge of the historic old town so it was easy to walk to. There was a bicycle theme throughout the apartment and it had all of the facilities you could want.

A well-appointed apartment situated near the historic town centre. The bed was comfortable and all facilities were to a high standard. A private parking space was a bonus. The owners were responsive to our enquiries and supplied tea, coffee, and toiletries. A Carrefour supermarket was nearby, along with artisan bakers, pleasant bars, etc. Great local walks and stunning medieval architecture throughout the town, which was very clean and felt safe. The locals were all very friendly. I can't fault this place and highly recommend it.

Bright, clean and cosy apartment. Excellent location pretty close to the center. Private parking on-site for free. Laurence (the host) was really responsive to our messages. (*Thank you Laurence for the late checkout).

Kitchen equipment and supplies a bit minimal

Very good location, plenty of shops nearby. Short walk to historic center. Bedroom and living room was comfortable. Nice bathroom. Washing machine was helpful. Hosts very helpful.

The kitchen area was not so good as the other rooms. Certainly manageable, but the limited shelf space required some agility. It is a little noisy at night for anyone on the sofa bed (except on a weekend)

The location was ideal for walking to the old town, and free parking made it very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were tasteful (to me, a cyclist!). Good shower and bathroom. Dinan is a lovely town.

Difficulty stepping out of shower; maybe a handle of a bar to hold onto would have helped, shower is ver nice but it is raised and you have to step up into it and step out & down to exit it.

The only possible criticism would be that there wasn’t much hanging space for clothes, however that didn’t bother us as all as we live out of suitcases on holiday anyway!

A beautiful, stylish, spacious, quirky apartment with comfortable sofas and the mattress on the bed was divine! It contained everything that you could possibly need including a car parking space and a washing machine! We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer!

Just a suggestion that perhaps the quality of the bed linen and bath towels be upgraded. The bed was extremely comfortable but I think the linen could have been better. Bath towels included.

The apartment was ideal! Excellent location, easy parking and well equipped. Great bathroom / laundry area. Very comfortable for a 4 night stay. The apartment was super quiet. Great bed, really comfortable. We also appreciated the small arrival gifts that the owners left for us.

The communal entrance and staircase area needed some redecorating and attention but presumably that is under the remit of the owner of the main building .

The apartment has been recently refurbished to a really good standard. It was in a great location to enable easy walking into town and had the added bonus of free parking space available at rear of the property. It had everything that you would need. Really nice patisserie located over the road for ease of sourcing fresh croissants for breakfast. Dinan was a lovely place to stay and we have recommended the accommodation to friends and family.

The apartment was in a perfect location, close to the old town and easy access in and out of Dinan. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Parking at the apartment was a big plus!

Excellent Location close to the historic centre. Very comfortable apartment, clean, tidy looks lovely. Lawrence and Ludovic were very communicative before and after our stay. Could not recommend more for a visit to Dinan.

Apartment is beautifully renovated and fully fitted with quality furniture, appliances, crockery and cutlery🥂👌. Well situated - close to the town centre (as well as the railway station). Owners were readily accessible and available to assist with a "problem" (we were just ignorant.. 🙈). Highly recommended.
