SwedenThe cleaning staff is really friendly and service minded. However, the reception is populated with pretty unfriendly and non-service minded individuals. The breakfast is really poor. In particular to coffee is far below an acceptable standard. The wine list in the restaurant is very uninspiring, that is the selection is fairly boring, and the prices are too high for being in France. I guess that since many customers have lunch and, perhaps also dinner, included in the accommodation price, the management takes the chance to rip them off by charging too much for the wine.
The rooms and the pool area (although it’s small) are really nice. The hotel is located at a very beautiful spot.

United StatesUnbeknownst to us the resort was fully booked when we arrived, which translated into no ability to make dinner reservations or spa appointments during our stay. If the resort was in the middle of a city there would have been no problem as we could easily go elsewhere; but, when you cannot eat dinner or get a massage at an isolated resort they become problematic especially when you are booked for several days. Clearly the French all knew to book their reservations in advance but for foreigners, like us, it was frustrating. The maitre d' at the restauarnt actually told us they didnt have enough food for 2 extra people. The General Manager apologized afterwards and tried to find spa appointment but it was already too late and we were relegated to snacks at the bar and no wellness. Also the pool was fully packed with children. Not really relaxing. Would we go back? Yes, but at a quieter moment and with reservations.
The setting is idyllic. A wellness resort sandwiched between the beach and vineyards. What could be better for your soul. The esthetic of the hotel wellness exudes with its mega spa and facilities all in white. Guests all walking around in their white robes. Truly a gem. And the surrounding islands and charming villages offered amazing seafood.

United KingdomPool closed before 7pm Very expensive for food - €25 per person for breakfast €25 per person bar snack fish and chips We expect to pay more on holiday - but breakfast for 2 people €50! Staff were cooly polite and helpful, they spoke English well, we felt this hotel catered for the French population primarily rather than overseas visitors. A lot of the really beautiful beaches are at the other side of the island - next time we would stay at the other side of the island. Very narrow roads to access the hotel
