Not a criticism but a little more instruction as to which building and exactly where the parking was would be helpful (it’s the building on the left and the underground car park door/entry is halfway along the line of single garages). Eventually figured it out.

Fabulous location, easy walk to centre of town, tourist spots, restaurants and supermarket. Nice to have the river in the backyard!

Bedroom was right next to the communal entrance, which had a somewhat squeaky door. Not great if you were asleep and anyone entering the building late at night.

Got everything you need for an easy, relaxing comfortable stay. Good view from the balcony and love the sound of the river. This was perfect for just the two of us. The secure, garage parking was a big plus, (though difficult to navigate the labyrinth of doors/corridors between the garage and apartment.)

Not much, it was pretty great. Although, something that may not be able to be helped, the entrance always had a strong smell of cigarettes.

Could’ve used some more linen like washcloths and dishes that could store food if you’ve cooked, but the kitchen was stocked very well with pots and pans

The property was close to the center of town easy to get to pick up in the keys was easy and a short walk to the train station orbus stop.

It's a bit of a walk to the city center and the location between the train tracks and the river makes a bit confusing to find the most efficient walk at first. But the walk isn't so far. Google will tell you that the closest train station is Aiguille but in fact you can cross the tracks at the Moussoux station so that's the best spot to pick up the bus or train.

Very nice balcony with gorgeous view. Sofabed in the living room was comfortable. The management company was very helpful and attentive.

Would have liked to have at least one extra roll of toilet paper and one extra bin bag. Front door gets stuck on matt so had to slam shut.

We had some difficulties finding it, the appartment number was not that vizible in the directions message but all good in the end.

It is a very cosy place, well equiped, close enough to Chamonix Sud, close enough to Brevent cable car (you can walk 750m or take the bus from Cham Sud. The vibe is really something. :) We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Bed was a too firm. Pickup of keys from office was a bit inconvenient particularly when arriving by public transport with luggage. A key box on location would be better

Excellent location. Short walk to main bus station and town. Nice view of Mont Blanc from balcony but even better from the back yard. Kitchen facilities were basic but adequate.

Couldn't open the garage door internally and the bedroom of the apartment faces the railway line which wakes you up at 7am each day!

It was a bit of a hassle to get the keys from the office, as Google Maps doesn't fare well on these streets. For the checkout, however, we already knew the way, so it was easier on the way to the office. The cleaning was not done properly, with bread crumbs still on the table, some hair in the sink and stains on the toilet seat. Also the dust on the bedside tables had not been cleaned. The sink in the bathroom was very uncomfortable to use as it was too far away and drained very hard. One evening there was a problem with the water system in the building, so we had no water for several hours, then the cold water was turned back on around 9PM, followed by hot water around 11:30PM. All this time we had a lot of noise from drills and other tools.

Good location with parking available (private in garage or in front of the building). Close to the cable cars and lots of hikes. Spacious appartment with a cozy setting and amazing view. The heating also worked well so the temperature was comfortable.
