The room got a bit too warm. It would be nice to have a thermostat to regulate the temperature.

The hotel location is great to reach the slopes. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner. The spa is a nice to have.

Spa facilities - lack of cold shower after sauna, sauna not warm enough as the isolation wasn’t ideal. No vegetables for breakfast.

My room was available early which allowed me to drop off non-skiing gear and get back onto the mountain. Spacious room, lovely decor, updated bathroom, plenty of outlets, spa and reasonable restaurant on the premises.

The breakfast was average, the dinner not so good and quite oily.

You can pretty much ski to the doorstep of the hotel! The rooms were good enough and clean. The staff were friendly.

This hotel is overpriced,no parking at the hotel you have to park at the bottom of the hill ,the hotel is outdated and obviously has had no money spent on it for years. when i checked in i was given the key to my room arrived at the room and then noticed there were clothes and bags in the room returned to reception and the girl had given me room 110 instead of room 210, No facility in room to make coffee or tea not good if you are leaving early in the morning.

Room was a lovely size with a big bathroom Breakfast was delicious each day! As was the evening meals we ate in the restaurant Staff were super friendly, we were able to leave our bags after we checked out and also shower in the spa after a mornings skiing before our flight! Great location too

Got to rush at BF and could not sit where we wanted because apparently it’s more important to set the table for dinner at 9am… buffet was not often restock. Quality was quite middle. Really not great. Rooms are smaaaaaal ! And the spa is just BAD! Do not expect anything but an old jacuzzi too small to accommodate more than 3 customers. If someone is there, it’s over. Even in the morning it’s not possible as they turn off the jacuzzi at night and it’s cold at 10am… for the price quite a cheap move guys!

I don't think the price I paid corresponds to what I got.. I left two days before check out, everything else I was disappointed, every day I went to the spa there were people there and because there is not enough Facilities in relation to such a large hotel have to wait for people to leave and you don't know how long they plan to be there. So I didn't use the spa. Every morning and evening I heard the noise of people on the stairs because they put me in a room close to the wall of the stairs and it disturbed my sleep and the bed didn't flow so well for me. One of the days of surfing I got injured and had to spend the day in the room and there was no movie service in the room but only local programs.. There were days when it was cool in the room and it was impossible to control the heating. I felt that I found an excellent hotel for the price I paid, and it didn't happen. Anyway hope this helps improve your service, thanks anyway

a lot of small details that made my experience low. You need to know that spa is not accessible in the evening and morning times. Small rooms. No extra blankets. non-comfortable bed and so on...
