The doorstop in the bedroom for the bedroom door is a trip hazard. It would be great to.have a grab handle in the shower and the washhand basin in the bathroom rather than in the bedroom.

The location was excellent with friendly staff and a well decorated twin bedroom on the 3rd floor. Good choice of continental breakfast options available.

Tiled floors could be mopped. Need to hand in the key to reception when you go out as it is an actual key, not an electronic keycard, so problematic if you lost it. Have not had to do this in years!

Location is two minute walk to Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaulle-Étoile metro stop. Hotel room has tiled floors so a bit hard on the feet and legs. Staff were nice. Self serve laundromat and decent convenience store nearby. Bed was comfortable.

View from the bedroom was not great, could see the main road from the small bathroom window but the main windows looked out on to opposite rooms.

Lift was a bit small but that’s more the design of the building. I also didn’t like the minibar, we don’t really do that in the uk any more. Anything left in hotels is usually complimentary so my daughter rushed in and opened some €7 nuts!

Location was perfect. Lots of shops bars and restaurants near the hotel. There is even a club and supermarket. Near the metro, saw the arc de triomphe everyday. The big bus tour started and stopped at the top of the road. Near the Eiffel Tower and shops. I could easily walk or take one bus to most of the attraction I booked. Room was quiet and comfy and they upgraded us to a superior room so that we would have more space. We had to leave our key every time we went out which made me feel more secure because I was worried I would lose it. Very friendly staff, very clean hotel. We stayed in 3 hotels in Paris including the one at Disneyland and we both thought this one was the best. This will be my hotel of choice when visiting Paris again.

Staff (some of them not all by the way) was not very much willing to help for some additional requests (like extra amunition, mattress, bed) but overall, they were ok..

Excellent location, very close to Champs Elysee and just across the Arc de Triomphe. Easily reachable by metro and taxi from Airport and Train Station. Definitely a consider if you're looking for a value for money spot...

Very convenient location. 5 min walk to Arc de Triomphe. We use train to reach from airport and it took only 5 mins to hotel. Lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The room is narrow. The elevator is too small. we can not use together as 2 adults , 1 child and 3 luggage :)

The location is very close to the Arc de Triomphe. It is also near to the subway station.

The hotel had very narrow corridors and the lift was tiny which was only a problem trying to manoeuvre large suitcases but it gave us a good laugh!

The property was in a very quiet location but still only a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city

Elevator very small so could not fit more than one if you had a suitcase. Hallways were very dark so you could hardly see. The night guy was not the most friendly.

Size of the room/Very compact. Nowhere to put our luggage we were constantly stepping over our suitcases. Tiny lift was awkward.

The little French balcony with a view down the street. It's close proximity to transport and Arc de Triomphe. Nice restaurants and shops close by. Staff were very helpful and friendly
