The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Scrambled egg was stone cold. Access to breakfast was fiddly you had to take a lift down to the first floor then walk to another lift to access the 3rd floor for breakfast

The room was comfortable and quiet. We had a room on the 2nd floor. The location was good with quick access to the lake

Lacking a bit of attention to detail: towels and dirty linen from room changes was left outside the rooms for over 24 hours, hose just left at side of pool coiled up instead of being put away neat & tidy. Only one lounger in pool area which was odd as there is lots of space for more. Felt it could be a bit better in terms of value for money but hotel was full so must be priced ok I guess.

The first room allocated had a safe that didn't work but this was resolved quickly by changing rooms! The corridors are atmosphically but lowly lit which can present problems when trying to find the key slot!

The location is easily accessible to the lake and Aix le Bain is quite close. The decor of the hotel is funky and always a surprise. The rooms are tastefully and decorated with unusual combinations of styles. The pool is wonderful and the bar has a good selection of drinks. The staff are always helpful and accommodating.

Room was very tired shower head to heavy for holder or just needs tightening. We had a massive crack in the tiles covering at least 3 of them. The tap handle came off in my hand a few times. Safe was not working. Restaurant was closed on a Sunday and it rained so all the lakeside restaurants closed as well as we did not want to drive in to town we were stuck. Only got half a toilet roll as well the end was folded over so staff had fitted it but not replaced it which I have never seen before. No milk for the tea or herbal tea selection. Came away disappointed will not be going back.

We have stayed here 3 times over the years and the staff are excellent could not be more friendly or helpful best thing about the hotel. Balcony rooms have a lovely view of the lake and lots of free parking and a few minutes stroll to the lake and restaurants

if you arrived after 9.00 the majority of the hot food was gone. the majority evenings the restaurant was fully booked because of either porche clubs or courses staying at the hotel so we had to go out and look for another venue

There was a lot of english spoken films and shows on during the evenings which was a pleasant surprise for us

The room needs some technical updates, on ventilation mainly in toilet and bathroom. Also some lighting did not work.

The room was big with large cupboards and desk as well as terrace with chairs and table. A separate toilet is nice. A big private parking near the hotel is also plus. breakfast was nice.

Breakfast. Room is poorly designed (everything in a corner, so is one person is there, nobody else can be). Seemed to be under-staffed as there was not enough food, nor glasses and cutlery.
