We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMinor improvement would be a plug for the kitchen sink. Hard to wash up when sink doesn’t hold water - wasteful on water. Communication from owner was often delayed making some planning trickier than desirable.
The apartment was clean, and had a fan had been provided which was fabulous as was very hot. Water pressure in shower was excellent and there was adequate utensils in kitchen (although we only ate breakfast and made sandwiches).

IsraelIt’s not a part of the hotel and you will not be able to leave the luggage.It wasn’t feel as a clean room.It was with some not comfortable smell.The bathroom and toilet is separate and very small and also not so clean.

Also it was shoking, that the host told TO DO YOUR DISHES AND THROW YOUR GARBAGES even though there was no additional garbage bags. I travel a lot and for the first time I experienced that the host says to do your dishes. Very dissapointing about additional charge of the towels and whole communication.

United KingdomParking isn't clear. Room was OK but we had to put linen on the bed ourselves. Charged 20 euro to use towels and linen so we used our own. Mattress protector had holes in it like mice had a feast, the put me up bed in the living room has a massive stain on it, like someone had pee'd themselves on it. Not enough dishes for the amount of people, grater was rusty as hell. NO smoke alarm, but there had previously been one.
