Fantastic apartment, lovely and quiet and had everything we needed. Location excellent, less than 10 minute walk to 2 metro stations, also supermarkets and restaurants close by.

Couldn’t fault this place at all.

What can I say but excellent! The Location, facilities, staff. All great. This apartment, located in a secure building, had two bedrooms, a full kitchen, lounge room, balcony, washing machine and bathroom. Centrally located about 7 mins walk from Denfert-Rocherau and St Jacques train Stations and the Catacombs. So easy to get to all the main places to visit. Loved it.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location was great - not far from the metro but lots of cafes and restaurants nearby for the evening if you don’t want to go far. Bright, airy and very spacious with excellent kitchen facilities - enjoyed the balcony for sitting out.

Was greeted by Maria on arrival, which was earlier than book in time, so we're able to leave our bags and make the most of the day. Maria also gave us good advice on how to get around using the metro system, the location of the stops, the tram and train numbers we should use, and where the nearest supermarket was located. The apartment was spacious, and the lift an added bonus for traveller's sight seeing where a lot of walking was involved. The location to metro and train services was not more than a 5 minute walk in either direction this includes aeroport train. The neighborhood was quite considering the apartment is in quite a large block. Access to restaurants and shopping were all within a short walk. As we were three singles of the older generation, we took advantage of the pull out couch which was very comfortable as we're the other beds.

We had a slight issue with one of the beds where the slats kept coming away from the bed base. Would have liked an extra comfortable chair in the living room area

This apartment was wonderful.

Very clean. Friendly lady to greet us. Great size of rooms and location quiet but easily accessible to transport. The 14th arrondissement is not the typical tourist centre but it was clean and safe and felt like a great neighbourhood. Really nice apartment block and apartment.

The tiny toilet apart from the shower / sink area but I know this is common in many European countries; the apartment is very pleasant but would be even nicer with a small update / refurbishment, specially the kitchen. Would be nice to have a coat hanger, but these are small details that did not interfere with our stay. And it seems that the apartment and the building are being renovated, there are some construction works on site

Apartment was exactly like the photos. Large enough for 4 people, warm, cosy, beds were extremely confortable, huge balcony with a pleasant view. Eventhough we did not cook the kitchen had everything needed, As huge coffee lovers we found Nespresso coffee machine was a plus. Gardens well kept, the christmas decor with the huge tree and xmas village at the lobby was lovely. Concierge was extremely nice and helpful and spoke Portuguese. Location was very convenient, 5-10 minutes walk to 2 metro stations. Overall our family of 4 had a great stay in lovely Paris, would definitely stay again

We arrived on a very hot balmy evening and as there's no aircon another fan would have been helpful but the following nights were cooler so wasn't an ongoing issue.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, bright apartment in a great location 5 to 10 mins walk from the metro stop, 2 mins walk to a choice of supermarkets and lovely places to eat and drink 5 to 10 mins walk away. Great communication with the owner and the person managing the property. We also loved having the use of balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

At the moment there's a lot of building work going on close by which starts very early in the morning so it's noisy. You can also hear the metro trains all day and most of the night. Not so bad when the windows are shut but in hot weather it's a bit inconvenient. Proper Aircon would be good as the portable fans are noisy.

Lovely spacious apartment with nice decor, especially the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The balcony/terrace is a bonus in hot weather. The concierge was very approachable. Excellent location not far from Denfert Rochereau (metro and RER to Charles de Gaulle airport) and St Jacques. The area felt safe. Supermarkets very close by. Good WiFi.

We were very happy with the location. Very close to a Metro as well as a Grocery Store. Beds were very comfortable. The accommodation was functional. We were particularly impressed with the caretakers, Maria Machado and Mrs Martinez. They were super helpful. The communication from the caretakers, before our arrival, was excellent!

We only had 3 issues: 1 toilet light didn't work 2 the shower cabinet is very small and its quite a step up and down. My daughter slipped when getting in and gave herself a really nasty bruise 3 we couldn't get the WiFi or TV to work

Great sized bright apartment with all the amenities you need for a short break. Beds were comfortable. Terrace would be lovely in summer. Supermarkets and restaurants and bars in walking distance, and close to several metro stations
