Had everything i needed and more, even came with complimentary beers, coffee, and tea. Was able to wash all clothes so had less to do when arriving back home and also had a boot dryer for when up in the mountains. The bed was very comfy, and the view from the balcony was great of Mont Blanc and aiguille du midi. The hosts, anthony and gwen, were amazing. They answered all my questions about local hikes at different levels and even messaged me when they remembered more after the conversation had ended. I would 100% recommend le petit cham.

Great location and over 2 levels, superb facilities excellent as hosts thought of everything you could need in terms of extras! Very useful ski boot drier and fab underground parking.

Perfect appartement, 5 min walking distance from the city center of Chamonix and very close to the ski navette station. There is nothing missing, the owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable. You really feel respected as a guest!

Can’t really think of any cons apart from the shower could do with a wall attachment. But then again it was nice to soak in the bath after a day in the mountains

Amazing apartment with all the mod cons you could need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider booking again on my next visited to Chamonix and would recommend for a fellow traveller. Also the epic views from the balcony are a sight to see.

Only downside was no air conditioning. However there was remote control fans throughout the apartment and we also visited during a week long heatwave. Even still the apartment wasn’t unbearably hot.

Balcony has an amazing view on the Mont Blanc Massif and is also large enough for a group of people. The apartment was fantastic! Lots of lovely little touches and has a great climbing/adventure theme throughout. It is easy to tell a lot of thought has gone into the design of the apartment. Location was spot on! Close to the bus stop, local shops, cable cars and train station. Everywhere was literally less than 10 mins away. Very very clean apartment. And good quality appliances and cutlery if cooking. There was nothing not to like. We will definitely be coming back again and 100% recommend this place to anyone. 2 sets of keys, elevators in the apartment block and an easy check in. Check in and check out was a breeze. The blinds and shutters on the velux bedroom windows was a treat. Total darkness in the bedrooms for a great sleep.

It is hard to complain about anything. I guess the fact that there was only one bath towel for each guest with no additional hand towels. I did not ask for any more, but I am sure the host would have provided if asked.

Le Petit Charm is a perfect description for this property. It was small, but very well thought out. Kitchen was well equipped despite its small size. So many thoughtful extras like an umbrella and a box with converters and charging cords. While I did not need these things it was appreciated. I could have spent my entire vacation on the balcony. The views and the cool breeze were incredible. Finally, the hosts were beyond responsive. They answered every question and responded promptly every time. Amazing host + amazing apartment + great location made for a memorable stay.

I was woken up a few times in the early hours of the morning by people being noisy in neighbouring apartments.

The apartment is well designed, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay in Chamonix. The location is great and not far from a Spar supermarket. The balcony is a perfect place to sit in the sunshine and the view of the mountains is spectacular! We loved watching the bird flying in and out of the bird box on the balcony. Communication with the owners is brilliant. We were met at the apartment on arrival and shown around which was lovely.

Everything was great. The location - you couldn't beat, walking distance to everywhere, including shops, restaurants, attractions etc. Parking place in underground garage very convenient. The view from the balcony - Mont Blanc range. You don't get it any better in Chamonix. Apartment itself well equipped, even dishwasher and washing machine. We were a group of four (two couples in late 40ties) and found this place spacious and private. We're already thinking of coming back in 2024 ;-)

Nothing, we loved everything!

The location is very central, so it's great to walk everywhere. The apartment has a balcony with an amazing view and enough commodities to make meals outside. Being a duplex you also have a bit of extra privacy and the window ceilings are just lovely. Our hosts ensured our comfort all the time, and provided extra useful information so we could get around Chamonix almost as locals!

I actually can't think of anything that applied to me - see the 'what I did like' section If you have mobility issues, then getting in and out of the bathtub to shower would be an issue and you'd have to sleep on the sofa bed and not use the lovely bedrooms upstairs.

- Communication with the property owners prior to and during stay was almost immediate - they even replied to questions through booking.com before I had booked (which made it easier to choose between the various apartments available). - Apartment is large and well appointed, and was very clean - would easily sleep 4 - with separate bedrooms with space (!!! Storage space for shoes/clothes etc). It wouldn't be claustrophobic with 6 in there using the sofabed too. - Lift in the building (which felt like a godsend after shopping in town or after long alpine hike) - all appliances that I used, worked and didn't need work arounds to get them to work (or worry about electrocution) - balcony is lovely to sit on and read and stare up at the mountains - the skylight in the main bedroom!! great to get a preview of the weather to make plans for the day -short walk in to town -less than 2mins walk from the main bus station and convenient railway (Aiguille du midi stop - so that you don't go all the way in to Chamonix) - fridge/stove/dishwasher all worked, making it convenient and a pleasure to enjoy the beautiful foods from the bakery and market (and to have a decent breakfast if having an early start). -washing machine worked well -I ended up loving the coffee machine so much that I drank all of the complimentary coffee during my stay (sorry) - the hiking suggestions given by the hosts made me see parts of the Chamonix valley I hadn't considered and I made good use of the hotel card making public transport in the valley free during my stay -internet worked with no problem in all parts of the apartment

Very cozy and clean apartment. The location is perfect: 2 minutes to city center, a bus and a train stations. Easy to access all the resorts via bus/train. A lot of good cafes nearby. Very close to a grocery store and a good pizzeria. The apartment has everything we needed, including dish washer and a washing machine. Also there are 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, so it a good choice for two couples (rare find in this area). The host was very friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our ski trip in Cham. The flat was bigger and nicer than the pictures show. The location was also perfect - right next to the bus stop and right next to the Midi lift which was convenient for off piste. It’s also super close to the restaurants and bars in town, while also giving access to some more less touristy places where the locals hang out. We loved our stay and will be back for sure!

Underground parking is tricky to manoeuvre. Need to be careful as some of the parking bays and driveways are so narrow.

The property is at the central location. Nice views from room and the balcony. The property has got everything you need for short stay. Very helpful host. We reached the property at midnight and the host stayed up late to receive us and to handover the keys and explained everything.

Apartment in perfect location in Chamonix South: very close to the main lifts to Planpratz and Auiguille du Midi and the train to Mere de Glace. Also the trailheads are fairly close. The apartment has everything we needed for our family with our 1 year old. The host has been super welcoming and available from the start of our stay: he has met us for the key handover and was very responsive to messages and helpful. While traveling with a child this is pretty much the best you can ask for.

Loved the porch, the downtown location, the operable skylights, and the incredible views. Really enjoyed the library of guide books as well.
