Fabulous location looking at the clock tower. Decor lovely and beds comfortable. Everything that a family of 4 would need. Leon was very accommodating towards our needs. We visited a different beach almost everyday and parking card was great. Would definitely stay again.

We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay in Dinan. This period apartment nestled right in the middle of the historic village was perfect. Leon was amazing with his communication both before our arrival and during. He provided very clear instructions in English for a pair of Aussie grandmothers.

Everything was OK!

Really nice, cosy and fully equipped apartment in the center of the old city of Dinan. Apartment location is really excellent. Free safe parking pretty close to the apartment. Restaurants are also in a walking distance (2-3 minutes). Our host, Leon, was really nice and pretty attentive. He was also pretty responsive. We recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay in Dinan.

Bath is too big and needs replaced by a shower for convenience. Be aware of stairs in these traditional buildings.

Lovely bright spacious apartment with comfortable large bed in main bedroom. Enough storage. Nice kitchen and dining facilities. Well equipped and laid out kitchen. Good heating and hot water. Lovely narrow balcony to sit out in early morning sunshine, making the day trippers jealous that you are staying in a marvelous area. Plenty of seating options. Great information in English and French.

Maybe instructions for combi oven could be left for those of us unused to them😉 It would nice to access to iron/ironing board.

Great location for sightseeing in Brittany and Normandy region. Close to all amenities, including local market, secure parking provided at nearby car park. Apartment was very comfortable with no shortage of kitchen equipment. Lovely view from the balcony.

A walk in shower would have been great - I would still go back shower or no shower.

Apartment was perfect. It was spotless, spacious and the host leon was great to deal with. Location could not have been better.

Be aware of stairs but knew it was on first floor but they have a curve just outside of front door. No instruction book for hob or microwave/cooker so didn’t use either.

Couldn’t beat it for location. Beds were comfortable and the main room was light and airy. The owner Leon very helpful he did send photos to show how the door opened as different. Plentiful hot water for four adults

I would have preferred a shower but the bath arrangement was OK.

The location was perfect. In the centre of the old town with cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. It was comfortable and sitting on the balcony was a joy.

The place could stand a good scrubbing. Seemed dishes were not cleaned well, walls were dirty and patio was moldy (there had been a lot of rain). As mentioned in other reviews, bathtub needs to be remodeled so it can be used as a shower and can be used safely.

Location could not have been better. Right in the heart of Dinan, close to everything and convenient to parking. It was fine for a couple of nights.

The only downside was the lack of parking, however a card is supplied with the apartment for free parking in any of the car parks in Dinan with a barrier entry/exit system.

The property is beautiful, very comfortable, warm with everything we needed. Very central location, lots of great places to eat nearby.

A more modern shower would have been nice.

This beautiful apartment had everything we needed for a few nights' stay. The location in the centre of the old city was great -- we could sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The double bed was very comfortable (though I wouldn't have wanted to sleep in the single beds in the other bedroom). The parking pass gave us a choice of all the city centre car parks nearby, and there was plenty of parking available. Leon was a very helpful and responsive host.

Not a criticism, but a valid observation, the location is on the first floor up a steep staircase, maybe a challenge to anyone with a disability.

The location right in the heart of the Old Town was superb. To sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the world go by below was lovely. Located just 3 or 4 doors away from the historic clock tower which chimes every quarter of an hour from 7am to dusk, might not suit everyone, but we thought it added to the atmosphere. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a self catering short stay of 3 or 4 days. The host Leon, spoke perfect English and was very helpful when we needed advice.

Free parking available but away from the apartment. Contact the owner to get precise details as it wasn't very clear where to park. He was very helpful though. You need to get the parking permit from inside the apartment to facilitate the free parking.

Just as it looks in the photos - a delightful apartment situated right in the centre of Dinan, with a balcony overlooking one of the lovely old streets. Dinan is a beautiful old town, we didn't want to leave!

Too short a stay !

Lovely apartment right in the old town within very easy walking distance to all the amenities and sights . An excellent town , very pretty in its own right and as a gateway for exploring Brittany. Leon is a lovely host who provided detailed instructions on how to access this beautifully furnished apartment .

I liked everything but the bathroom needs updating.

the flat is beautiful, very well located to explore Dinan and the North of Bretagne. Very convenient if you travel by car, close car park is offered by owner.

The flat is amazingly well situated right next to the Tour de l'Horloge. Price included a parking pass available upon request for all parkings with barriers in the area. We parked in Duguesclin just 1min away. The bright sitting/dining room has a long balcony wide enough for a table and 2 chairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and cheese whilst watching the flow of tourists in la Rue de Horloge. The kitchen, and main bedroom look out at the Tour de l'Horloge too, but from a private quiet yard.All the windows/doors are high quality keeping out the noise of the tourists or chimes of the clock should you want to ( clock is silent from 22pm-7am). The cosy kitchen is fully equipped with a large variety of crockery, pans, and other kitchen utensils. It is very well decorated and has some travel books and games.I recommend staying there more than one night. Pet friendly, Jardin Anglais is just 1 min away for walking your doggy. But the best of all is Leon himself, your comfort means the world to him and he comes out of his way to help you.
