Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LebanonThere’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the living room. The property isn’t accessible by car, so we had to carry our luggage a long distance. Additionally, there’s no elevator.

FranceIt could be a bit cleaner, and quite a few things are broken - it needs a little bit of love from the owner! But nothing that will spoil your holidays.
Great location in the middle of the old town center, only a few minutes walk from the train station. Restaurants, bars and shops in front of the door. Although it's in a very busy area, all bedrooms are quiet.

New ZealandVisitors should be aware of the narrow windy stairs to get up to 2nd floor apartment. Was inconvenient to have to provide cash (euros) on arrival. Wifi was varaible.
Excellent location in the heart of the old town centre. Plenty of room with three spacious bedrooms. Good kitchen and all amenities.

United StatesIt was tough to coordinate the handling of the keys. We were late, so host got mad at us. It was relaxing. It was a bit of a challenge to walk 10 min from the parking lot to the apt then go up 2 flight of stairs with suitcases.
Location was perfect! Right in the middle of the old neighborhood! Charming neighborhood near cafes, shops, boulangeries, etc.
