There were not enough towels (we were 4 and had 2 towels) and for the living room sofa we did not had bed sheets and pillows to sleep. The sofa was stained . The entire apartment had one ventilator (no AC). There was one toilet and a separate shower and sink where you needed to go through the bedroom (to was you hands after using the toilet) . There was internet but was not working( instructions were misleading and once you manage to connect only one device worked but then it was disconnecting (password was good but there were some issues). TV in the room but no signal...

We had a garage to park the car and to keep it away from the sun (in August). the place was secure (security pin to get inside the back yard (with the car) and inside the building. Room was spacious. The apartment was close (walking distance 10 min) to the center and the important site seeing objectives. There were multiple security layers to get inside. The kitchen had coffee machine (Philips sense), and other kitchen tools. Owner was answering to requests and messages . We forgot a backpack and owner was helpful and willing to assist us recovering it once we checked out!

Settee and dining chairs were all stained. The street outside was very noisy and the medal gates into the property banged loudly every time someone entered so sleep was disturbed frequently.

Our sat nav took us to the wrong location. No fault of the property, but something to be aware of. It delayed our arrival a bit. Although it didn’t impact us, the dishwasher wasn’t working.

Property was in a central location within easy walking distance of facilities in Troyes. It’s a well equipped apartment and spacious. It is finished to a good standard. The garage parking was great for us as we have a small car. The property is next to a hotel so it is generally well maintained. The check in information was very clear and helpful. We only stayed one night, but the bed was really comfortable, we slept well and would happily stay again.

A extra pillow or two would have been welcome and maybe a small saucepan and oven tray but otherwise everything was great.

Great location close to the town. Stylish decor, clean, quiet and comfortable. Host gave detailed instructions for collection of keys and parking which is in a secure garage in a car park nearby. We can recommend Le Petit Basson for food .

We arrived late at night after a long drive, found we had an issue because we had our roofbox/skis on the top of car (it is a standard size car, not above-average tall) The door to the garage was too short for us to get access, so we couldn't park in there. There was no other parking options in the complex, and there was no nearby parking on the road because I was all taken up, also not secure. So basically, if you have a roofbox you are very unlikely to securely park. We resorted to going in a reserved space onsite, which made us anxious but we had no choice.

Nice apartment, clean and warm. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children but the sofa bed was not made up, so we had to make that ourselves, so I would advise that you double-check the sofa bed will be ready to use if there are more than 2 of you staying.

Having been to Troyes before and stayed at the hotel opposite we knew exactly where this apartment was. It's the perfect location just a short stroll from the town square. The check in instructions were great. Clean apartment. Large fan provided.

The plumbing for the shower was hanging out of the wall, apart from that the apartment was clean and well positioned. One moan, if a host puts a contact number on Booking.com it would be nice if it worked. We were doing a road trip and only stopping when we felt like it with nothing booked in advance so we were usually only a few hours away when we booked. Getting e-mails saying “ we will send details of how to get in 24 hrs before your stay” then not being able to contact anyone on the number supplied isn’t much help. They DID however respond to an email with further details.

Super location, once we asked directions ( maybe a simply drawn map to show direction to the centre of the town?) it was a short walk to the town centre. I have driven past Troyes ( pronounced Trwa) several times but will certainly stay there again. It is medieval and beautiful. The instructions to get in were easy to follow and the garage, just a two minute walk, was a bonus.
