The cot bed we were given didn't have the base piece that goes inside, so we had to improvise with spare bedding and cushions. The apartment was quite small for a family of four though we only really used it for sleeping anyway.

The location was very good, as it was only a short walk into the centre of the city. The room was clean and tidy, appreciated amenities like coffee and shower gel etc being provided. Parking access was easy once we had pre-booked.

Sofa bed

It was very easy to get into the building, parking slots was available and it was green from 7pm till 9am. It was a nice cosy flat. Very clean and had everything you need. The only problem was the sofa bed that was making a strange noise when my children were turning to their sides, so the noise woke us up a few times. Other than it was all good and we already reported the sofa to the staff, so hopefully they will look into it.

The bed was a bit small for two of us.

Perfect little self catering apartment for a cheap city mini break. A short walk into the centre of Reims. It was easy to check in and out and we were contacted beforehand with all the information we needed. Secure underground parking that we were able to book in advance was a bonus.

Only 3 pillows but we paid for 4 guests. Bathrooms very small and sofa bed small for two older teens. Basic.

Very convenient for Reims. Cheap and cheerful and a good base as a stop over on way to Annecy. Self check-in very easy.

The shower is very small and the curtain stuck to our body which was a bit off putting and it flooded thexwhole bathroom, but it's a minor thing

Small little studio in a students residence hall. It had everything you need, apart from air-conditioning which is necessary at this time of year. Bed comfy but small. We arrived on a Saturday so no contact with staff but very clear instructions left for us. Overall good value for money

Great for a stopover in Reims as we wanted to self cater - had all the facilities needed. Lovely touch when we arrived on Easter Monday to find 2 little chocolate eggs on our doorstep🐣 Parking was good and easy walking into the city. Will definitely use Kosy Appart’hotel again

Simple, clean room, excellent secure parking at 10 euros per night (not suitable for a trailer). Very friendly staff, good communication, the location is amazing, just 15 mins walk into the old town. Almost next door to G H Mumm champagne.

Room was small but fine for a short stay. The locks on the doors worked, but almost too well! We sometimes struggled to get out of the room!

Fantastic location, staff were kind, kitchen was relatively well stocked. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Check in and out process was super easy.

The kitchenette is very small & basic, not really enough room to cook a proper meal. The crockery wasn’t completely clean, no brush or sponge to wash up with.

For an extra €10 per day I got the last parking space in the garage of the building, which was very convenient. The office staff were nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kosy, the only cons/issues I have are really minor! * Staff speak very limited English, so communication is difficult. Signage around the hotel is all in French, too (so bring Google Translate along with you!). Slightly surprising as the hotel is aimed at British travellers. * Rooms were slightly run down (e.g. ripped wallpaper, dust under cabinets and flaky leather chair). * The hotel has ‘energy saving’ measures so when you enter, it is completely dark. It was pitch black when I checked in, which o found pretty daunting. It would be helpful to have signs in the lift that point out light switches. * Housekeeping were supposed to refresh my bedding/towels weekly during my stay and didn’t. This left me low on supplies (I was given one toilet roll and one small bin bag for a 16 day stay). You are also required to deep clean your room before checking out. * Before/after your stay, the hotel is impossible to contact via phone/email. I only managed to get in contact with the hotel by contacting the PR team and having my emails forwarded on.

* Easy check-in out of hours (you receive a message on the day with all the door codes/details). * Rooms were clean overall and had all amenities. * Kitchen was well equipped with hot plates, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, crockery, baking dishes. * Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Lighter duvets were provided, which were great for the summer. * Room appeared to be climate controlled, so it stayed very cool in the summer. * Prices were very reasonable. I stayed for 16 days for €41.40 per night during the Olympics. * Self-service laundry/drying machines were on-site, just purchase tokens for €4 at reception. * 15-20 minute walk from city centre and 10 minute walk from Carrefour/Lidl * Car parking is available in the hotel courtyard. * Plenty of storage is available in the room and a drying rack is available, so you can dry washing in your room. * The residence was very quiet. The walls were quite thin so you can hear when people enter their rooms but that is the only noise I heard during my stay.

We booked an apartment style room to accommodate us and two teens the sofa bed was not big enough and wrongly positioned so you couldn’t get in either side as it was long rather than deep. Other than that it was a great stop over.
