Air con fan was blowing very strongly onto my side of the bed. Set too cold and no information on how to alter settings.

Keycards regularly needed reprogramming. Would have liked to understand the policy that if you stay more than 2 nights you can only stay in an apartment without a balcony or views. That would have made a big difference to our 11-night stay and we would have stayed longer.

Lovely cleaning staff. 20minute walk to the town centre. Convenient underground parking. Adequate cooking facilities. Most of the reception staff were helpful and friendly and a noisy fridge was quickly resolved. Washing machine on site was very useful.

The hotel is opposite the train station. In the evening we did not feel comfortable in the surroundings. The lady at the front desk was smiling strangely. They charge a refundable deposit of 50 Euro….The door to the room showed signs of damage. The room on the first floor with a window facing the street was noisy. The bed was below average and creaky.

The hotel is quite large. It's on the route near the motorway so we chose it to stay overnight on the way. Good breakfast. Public parking nearby, over the weekend parking is free.

Nothing it was a good place to stay

The hotel is across the street from the railway station so no problem finding it! Arrived way too early (railway time tables!) but was able to access room after paying a supplement of €24 - worth every centime, it was 37C outside! Pay attention to how the entry key works - the staff (who were very helpful and kind, I wear hearing aids and they were behind a screen) will show you how to open the door with a model they have. The room was clean and airy, the bed comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. The air conditioning was . . . incredible. The kitchenette is well provided for and there is a Lidl a couple of blocks away while in the station there is a café which sells salad boxes and tasty filled baguettes. You can also order up simple food like pizza to your room. The breakfast is adequate but don't be tempted to try the scrambled eggs . . . Speaking of eggs, the ones in the wire basket are uncooked. One of the other guests thought they would be boiled and cracked one open on his plate . . . . That day the temperature was 38C (felt like 40) and, I'm ashamed to say, I flunked it and stayed in the A/C room all day and took 3 showers! I would stay there again.

seems to be hotel policy but the sliding part of the shower door is not fitted this can lead to water being on the bathroom floor. Shower floor is black tile which makes one feel that the floor is a little grubby, but it is not. Plain White walls that would suit the odd blocks of colour

We stayed here a few days prior, it's so convienienty situated to all travel routes, and so easy to find something that is pleasing! Our first stay two days before, we thought the beds in room 220 were not comfortable, but our second room 202 the beds were very comforable. So close to buses and trains, ideal place to stay. We will be back! Staff were all so helpful and friendly! Nice to have a balcony!

A little bit out of the centre of historic Perpignan, area didn’t feel the safest or friendliest - I wouldn’t walk around in the dark by yourself.

Super convenient for the train station - right across the street, friendly reception staff, clean and comfortable rooms with cute little balcony, small kitchen and mini fridge. Excellent value for the price

Everything, both beds were very comfortable, the apartment is new, it has everything that you need and the air conditioning is very good. Very nice view from the balcony. It's only a 20 minute walk from the town centre and well connected with the airport.

The location was fantastic right opposite the station. Very clean and an amazing array of kitchen facilities in a very limited area. Well designed. The bathroom was roomy and excellent and two doors separating it from the sleeping area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
