Mosquitos in room and light out side my room kept going on and off when people entered down atairs

My only upset was like most hotels no mosquito nets on windows. I got bitten akive and woken up at 4.45 am scratching from. Pain and had to leave the hotel 3 hours earkier than planned as could not sleeo due to mosquitos in the room. Its ashame as the lady at reception was very kind and helpful.

Parking was located up the road from the property which was a little challenging if travelling with a car full of luggage. A small complaint.

This aparthotel was located close to the centre. The apartment was clean, comfortable and we had access to a combination of fans and aircon units for comfort. Niort really surprised us and was a lovely spot to stop off for the night as we travelled to the South of France.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

They are exceptionally helpful. We've stayed here about 5 times now and we can't fault them. They are polite, helpful, attentive, reception is open 24hrs and on this most recent visit we were indebted to them because they allowed us to park our huge van - full of furniture we were moving to France to a new home - outside their reception for the night. This van was a worry to me, so I can't thank them enough for being so obliging. Apart from this, they are very central to Niort, which is a lovely city, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and not like boards(!) and kitchen utensils are always clean. Big bathrooms too. Overall, they offer an excellent and really personal service.

Almost nothing! If they had air-con I'd have given them 10/10. The only smaller issue was that there were kids running around late in the evening slamming bedroom doors at 10.30pm. Not the hotel's fault but I was glad the bedroom had double doors.

This is the second time I/we have stayed here and I think it's excellent value for money. A standard double room is quite spacious, the bathrooms are generous, the bed is comfy, there is a drop-off area right in front of the hotel and a lift just inside the doors so you don't have to haul heavy luggage very far. The Reception staff have always been welcoming, and I'd definitely stay there again. The kitchen area is all you need for a short stay. Also, great credit to the hotel, although they don't have air -con (much needed in this heatwave) they do have fans in the bedrooms and the windows open fully to allow any evening cool air inside. They also opened the windows of the corridors to let in the cooler air too. Not much to fault for a studio/bedroom in this price range .

The temperature at the end of June were already high, so an AC would be great, especially for rooms at the top floor. There were some ventilators in the rooms on the top floor ... but the rooms were just overheated

Close to the city center (just near). Spacious rooms with basic needs of an apartment, flexible reception on our late arrival, option to park a car (upon payment) app. 3 minutes walk form the hotel, the next day we had a free luggage keeping late (after 13:00).
