Convenient stopover. The cooking facilities saved having to go out to eat. Safe car parking (although at extra cost)

We spent one night at Appart’City Annecy Seynod before heading off to explore the French and Italian sides of the Alps, and it turned out to be just what we needed. Yes, it’s a little outside of the centre, but we knew that going in. It took us around 30 minutes to walk into Annecy, which was absolutely fine on a warm summer evening. The upside is that you’re away from the crowds and have easy access to the main roads if you’re continuing your journey. Honestly, I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews. For the price, it’s excellent value. We got exactly what we expected: a simple, functional room with everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and we had all the basics covered. It’s not luxury—but that’s not what we booked. Parking was a huge bonus, and far cheaper than trying to park in central Annecy, which made things much easier. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly base to explore Annecy, this is a solid choice. Don’t expect five-star luxury, but do expect friendly staff, comfortable rooms, convenient parking, and excellent value for money. For us, it worked perfectly as a stopover before heading deeper into the Alps.

The only downside was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was good value for money and worked perfectly as a stopover.

The accommodation was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. Our studio kitchen was small, but well equipped with everything we required.

Accommodation was a bit further away from the city centre, however it was accessible via bus.

The handyman walked into our room without even knocking and kept trying to explain what he needed to fix even though we were in our underwear. The front desk was not very attentive and tried to charge us, even though we had already paid for the booking.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable, the kitchenette was handy. The staff were very helpful and let us check in earlier than stated. Parking on site was ideal.

The location was a little far out, however, the bus stop was a 5 min walk, where the buses ran regularly and took about 12 mins into the centre of Annecy.

We liked the room, the breakfast and the parking.

I can only highlight the staff, they are friendly and responsive. The bed was confortable. I would only recommend this "hotel" for a very short stay, sleep and run away. Parking is cheap and is quite big.

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! I know it is not listed in the amenities, but it should be clearly stated that they don't have it, I would have not reserved the rooms if I knew, we are in the middle of a heatwave, and it was impossible to sleep, luckily it rained in the evening. They offer a fan for a small deposit, but we did not use that either, see the picture, it was full of ooze, might have never been cleaned. The breakfast is very basic and if there are more than 10 people at a time they run out of everything, and the person attending the breakfast room cannot replenish quickly enough, so go spend your hard earned money someplace else. Our room had seen its last refresh somewhere in the 70s, i'm hoping they have renewed rooms somewhere in the other parts of the building. Not even a water bottle in the room. 3 stars is too generous, more like 2. It is quite far from the center, 12min by car.

The room was clean & had all the required things.

It was already mentioned while booking but they dont have either AC/Fan & it was difficult to keep window open so was bit suffocating. Thankfully weather was merciful. Also location is quite far from main town but there are buses that go from nearby place

Very fair money for what they deliver. Very cheap parking and welcoming staff.
