This is apparently an American thing, but...I NEED a top and bottom sheet. Duvets are just too dang hot in the summer. Actually pulled the duvet out of the cover, put it away and just used the cover. The (very thorough) cleaning staff got the point though and made up the bed without it 😴

The space is very clean, well-appointed, and intriguing designed. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially when supporting us through a major travel snafu elsewhere. Easy to walk to almost all of the main Chamonix attractions.

1. cooking pan can renew if it has many scratches on it. 2. knife is not sharpened. You may prepare a knife scraper, we can sharpen the knife. 3. Prepare another trash can for recycle stuff.

Location is great. It’s close to the bus stop. It has all kinds of cooking equipments. We are able to cook our dinner and prepare for breakfast. We will definitely go back if we visit again.

Modern apartment with everything you need! Beautiful view of Mont Blanc from the terrace and good location almost in the center of town and 5 min walk to the Aiguille du Midi lift. Special thanks to Mrs. Alla for her hospitality, we would gladly recommend your wonderful apartment to everyone.

I would recommend to provide a separate trash can for recycling stuff. It will be easier to put recycling stuff to the recycling room in the underground parking area. In addition, the knife is not sharp. We are not able to sharpen the knife. Cutting dry sausage becomes a very difficult task for us. It will be nicer if you can provide a knife sharpener in the room.

It’s clean and close to bus station and shopping street. It has everything you need if you like to prepare your own meal or even a group meal. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this apartment. We can leave our luggage and pick up after our hiking tour for free.

Great for family. Has all the kitchen appliances necessary for cooking. Has an outdoors balcony that is amazing to relax, have breakfast, and enjoy the view of the mountain. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Very clean.

Location, close to Chamonix Sud. Ala from reception was very accommodating, allowing us to checkout later than 10:00 am. Unit is clean with lots of hot water. Full kitchen has sufficient supply. Will stay again.

Staff can be quite rude. My power went out during my stay and I got a hold of the staff working however she had just got off work and basically nobody was able to help me. They will tell you it's not a hotel but an apartment. She directed me on the phone to open up the fuse box room with a knife, however I really struggled with it and she was unsympathetic. Luckily in the end i got it to work so it's all good.

Great staff, extremely clean and new. Exceptional WiFi, TV infotainment system was seriously nice. Great little market, extremely clean and safe garage parking directly under hotel and two electric stations. Very quiet and close walk to all the action.

Not a negative comment - but part of the neighbours balcony overlooks the kitchen window. It’s only a problem if you forget your bathroom towel 😂 Maybe swap the thin blind for a blackout blind?

Lovely clean and modern apartment. I picked up a ski injury 24hrs before returning home. I can’t thank Ala enough for her help and kindness to accommodate us on the last day. We would definitely book again.
