Great Location in the Old Town of Nice. We were unlucky to encounter a World Summit on Oceans which affected our ability to get around Nice but you wouldn’t have known when you were in the room. Very peaceful and relaxing.

No towel change Difficulties drying towels after washing them. Small double bed. Some redecorating is needed but didn't affect us as we were not in for long

The location was perfect and convenient if you are driving because the garage is directly across the street.

They charge 15 euros for extra sheets so if you want to sleep separately in the sofa you must pay 15 euros extra! The check in and all messages and things you have to do in their webpage is overwhelming, I just want to relax in my vacations but I had to do all the things in their webpage. There were literally around 15 mosquitoes inside the apartment when we got in, the first 20 minutes we spent killing them all! Nothing to scare mosquitos is provided.

Location is good and apartment has good size. It's also clean. Coffee is provided and everything is clean.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom is extremely loud and its not possible to have a light on without it so not enjoyable to brush your teeth or use the mirror when not showering. If there was a second light it could be easier.

Great location close to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants. It is a 20 minute walk from Nice Ville station and not difficult with luggage as its possible to avoid stairs. There is a very small elevator in the building but enough to get 2 suitcases and 1 person in. The apartment is on the first floor and the stairs are not steep. Apartment Massena is very well equipped with a good sized refrigerator, a good nespresso machine and a washing machine. The bathroom is compact but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The key collection process was a little unusual via a nearby cafe however it worked OK. Make sure you read all the instructions before arriving to make it easier. We would happily stay here again.

Great Location. In the old town but a quiet spot - just a few steps away form the tramline and access to the new town - perfect spot. Very comfortable and clean apartment.

The ventilations makes the loudest noise ever whenever you turn the lights on in the bathroom and in the shower-room. But that’s probably because there are no windows in the bath and shower room

After confirming arrival time, we got a code and instructions to pick key at a store near the apartment. The store keeper could NOT find the keys ! We had to call. Eventually a person met us at the front door to let us in.

The apartment is dark due to lack of natural light from the windows - and many of the light bulbs were not working. The apartment would benefit a face-lift with painting etc.

The apartment is located absolutely perfect - in the middle of the old town and close to the beach. Air conditioning was working perfectly which is a necessity when it is so hot outside.

Bed is quite narrow for two adults, if you’re not a skinny petite ;) I prefer wider matresses for more comfort. A white curtain in the bedroom (just like there is one in the living room) would be nice.

The flat is located in close proximity to Place Massena, the Old Town and the beach plus great restaurants. I could not imagine a better location for my stay in Nice. Few steps away from tram line no. 1 and a bus stop. It has a spacious kitchen and living room open space, tiny WC and perfect bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a washing machine by the window and a vacuum cleaner. The charging ports (both USB and regular) by the beds are great. There is also a lighting control system in the bedroom and living room so you can adjust lighting. Really nice bedding and towels (hotel quality). The Nespresso coffee machine is also a nice extra.
