The only minor downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, i guess its a general building issue and nothing to do with the owner. It didn’t affect our overall experience.

A very nice and comfortable apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. It has two spacious bedrooms and is located just a 5-minute walk from the town center and shops, yet remains quiet and peaceful. The views are absolutely stunning – one side faces the Aiguille du Midi and even offers a glimpse of Col de Balme, while the other side overlooks the Brévent. Gary, the host, is extremely friendly and helpful. He lives nearby, is available for any questions, and most importantly – he speaks English! The apartment met all our expectations and made for a perfect stay. Highly recommended

We had an incredible stay at this apartment! It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The location couldn't be better — right in the heart of everything, yet still offering peaceful surroundings. The views of Mont Blanc from the apartment are absolutely breathtaking; we couldn’t get enough of the scenery! A big shoutout to Gary, the owner, who was an absolute gem throughout our stay. He was so helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and his advice made our trip even more enjoyable. We really appreciated how welcoming and attentive he was. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of both the mountains and the town! Can’t wait to return.

Immaculate apartment, fantastic location and a brilliant host! We loved our 3-night stay. Gary, the host, met us on arrival and was super helpful in recommending places to go with our young children. Location is great. Just a few minutes walk along the river and you're in the centre of Chamonix. The views from the balcony are incredible! Would 100% stay again and would recommend the apartment to anyone.

We liked everything.

The apartment. is well equipped, quiet and walking distance to the lively part of Chamonix. Ski slopes are accessible by local bus and transportation is very convenient, no need to walk much with your ski gear. The place is comfy. We were a family with one teenager, everyone loved it and we ended up having dinner at home every evening after a nice walk through the town. Shopping is convenient. Gary was great and left great instructions for everything.

It was cold with no way to adjust the heat. The water pressure was very low.

The view was amazing. Gary was quick to respond. The decor was great. It was quiet yet close to town. It has a tiny yet efficient elevator. Great new kitchen and bathroom.

Gary the owner was really helpful and friendly at every stage. He met us on arrival and on departure, which was great. We already knew the area well but if you don't he has plenty of local tips as he lives nearby. The apartment is in a quiet location but only a short walk into the town centre. This apartment was perfect for our summer stay in Chamonix. It is walking distance to the town centre with a space for your car. The host, Gary, met us at the apt, showed us around and gave us tips for things to see and do in the local area. The apartment has an amazing view out over the massif and we could see the telepherique and train heading up the slopes. The balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need including a washing machine and dishwasher. Everything was clean and modern. Thanks for a great stay Gary.

Everything was excellent!

Gary’s property is immaculate and has everything you need for a relaxing stay - with the most incredible views from the balcony, a bus stop right outside and a short trot into town or to the local bakery, it’s perfectly placed but away from the hustle and bustle.

For us being tall Swedes, the beds were a bit on the shorter side. But other than that, nothing to complain about.

It was very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. Located only a short (5min) walk from the town center. Since ski areas are quite far apart and you need to go by bus, train or car to reach most of them, living close to the town center gives a good mix of exploring the town and go skiing during the day. The host Gary, was extremely helpful and friendly.

Amazing apartment in a great location, just 5 mins walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Chamonix. The ski bus stop is straight outside the door linking you to all the ski areas in the valley. The apartment was decorated and maintained to a high standard and had everything we needed for a weeks ski holiday. Gary, the host, was extremely helpful with guidance on arranging ski passes and ski hire as well as providing tips throughout the week on how to get around Chamonix and some of the best places to visit. I stayed at Apartment Le Panoramic in September for a week of walking and relaxation. I could not be happier with the property and the help from the host, Gary. The kitchen facilities were excellent. Good quality oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. I did quite a bit of cooking during the week (practicing my French cuisine!). Views from both the front and back of the apparent are breathtaking. Comfy beds. Gary even suggested a few local walks which made my week. I cannot fault this place.

This may seem like a nit pick but The pillows. For some reason they were not working for me and all the pillows in the place were the same as far as I could tell. Would be nice to have some variety I guess? Luckily I had an inflatable travel pillow which I used after the first night.

Wonderfully remodeled. Spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony were fantastic! Location was ideal for being close to all the UTMB activities while being far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.
