I didn't like the bed at all, I didn't sleep much but this is just because I prefer a certain type of mattress.

Location is a big bonus for this place.

Room was a little warm and it was too noisy to open the window on a Saturday night. However I noticed the next morning that there was a portable fan in the room which I hadn't noticed with my late arrival.

Friendly staff, room was cosy, had all essential amenities and was very clean, with new bathroom furnishings. 24hr reception was great as with sailing you never know exactly when you're going to arrive. Location is handy to the Marina, shops and cafes.

Very noisy road. The ear plugs should have given us a clue. OK with the windows shut, but then the room got very warm. Bath/shower very difficult to climb into. Would be better just with a walking shower.

As a regular guest I would like a better room price than 88 Euros. I paid much less in May and should not have to pay so much more just because I stayed again in August. I don't agree with ''high season'' prices when your costs are presumably no more than in May and I used no heating. I believe than when paying 88 Euros, breakfast should be included.

The floor of the room was very squeaky. No car park although one was nearby.

Very stylish, well located by the marina and the town centre, staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a robot collecting dishes in the restaurant! Kettle in the room was appreciated. We slept very well and had nice views in the room to the marina

The soundproofing between rooms was very poor and if you have a noisy neighbour you will definitely hear them!

A small friendly hotel which was excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable and easy and cheap to park in the public car park immediately behind. Friendly and helpful staff with a good value breakfast at €12 each. We also loved the robot waiter! Perfect for an overnight stay before catching the ferry home. If you have time the Cite De La Mer is a 10 minute walk and worth a visit!

I didn't expect such a breakfast. In my opinion – AMAZING. You can squeeze your own juice, and even cook your own scrambled eggs or omelette. GREAT IDEA!

The information we received about overnight parking could have been more clear. We worried about being clamped and decided to move the car before breakfast just in case.

The Ambassadeur Hotel was exactly what was advertised. It is perfectly situated for our one night stay before getting the ferry back to Ireland. Breakfast buffet was a perfect. I recommend this hotel.
