Beautiful apartment, well presented with a fun vibe. Everything was clean and well organised, cute little balcony to sit out on and enjoy a class of rosè. In the heart of the city, close to the market and eateries.

We did not have a car but we ventured to surrounding towns and cities by train. The property is very close to the train station.

Ann and James were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that everything was 100%. Amazing hosts.

The property was absolutely charming, very spacious, well equipped and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was fantastic with shopping, great restaurants and tourist attractions all within close walking distance. The hosts Ann and James were the most friendly , helpful hosts who could not do enough to ensure we had a lovely stay. They treated us like visiting family rather than paying guests!

Nothing, definitely hoping to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carcassonne and the apartment - central location, very quiet yet within walking distance of the main square, castle and old city, train station and canal du midi. The apartment was clean and very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was in an historic building with its own sheltered courtyard and the decor was attractive and quirky. Ann and James were fantastic hosts and shared tips, advice and restaurant recommendations, which led to us enjoying some great experiences and meals!

What we did not like was having to leave, it was difficult leaving such a beautiful apartment behind us and we will be back for sure.

This has to be one of the nicest, luxurious, spacious, creative apartments that we have ever stayed in. It oozed class and history, it was such an adventure, the court yard, air conditioned large bed room which was en-suite, huge living room, fully equipped kitchen and our own private terrace. the apartment was steeped in history and culture, the furniture was amazing and it was just such a relaxing place, we really enjoyed staying there. Ann was an exceptional hostess, she gave us so much information before we arrived and if we had any questions while we were there she replied to us immediately. Ann was superb.

Everything it was so spacious and had every amenity tv with lots of options we could get Netflex which was an added bonus The bed was so comfortable we slept for over eleven hours The apartment was in easy access to everything The hosts were super helped us in every way collected us from the airport and dropped us to the train station.

Very nice apartment in a convenient and quiet location not far from the centre of town. The apartment is well equipped to high specification and has a nice outdoor seating area. The bed is large and super comfortable. The host is very attentive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Ann the owner met us at the airport, brought us to the apartment, gave us all the information we needed on arrival and even after booking initially Ann sent us loads of information about the area. Ann and James are really friendly, really great hosts. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, old style high ceilings, high curved wooden doors, lovely decor and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a little balcony off the kitchen, perfect place to have breakfast... Very comfortable bed, modern shower room and separate toilets, plenty of storage...We went to the fruit and veg market down the road and bought lovely ingredients for Sunday lunch.. great cheese shop, bakery, butcher, and loads of small specialist shops and restaurants. The bakery up the hill from the apartment bakes enormous croissants, so delicious... We loved sitting in Place Carnot sipping wine and watching the world go by... We went on a boat on the Canal du Midi and went through the locks, very interesting, we visited La Cite which is amazing... we walked everywhere.. The train station is a short walk from the apartment and we took a train to Narbonne which is a beautiful heritage town about 50 minutes away. I really can't say enough about this apartment and Ann and James... James duly delivered us back to the airport for our return journey...We had a wonderful holiday in a great apartment...

Loved everything about the apartment, beautifully decorated, fully fitted with everything you could need and spotlessly clean, with a lovely outdoor terrace too and also very close to all amenities. The hosts James and Ann were exceptional too, providing lots of useful information in advance and even meeting us and returning us to the airport.

An amazing (and huge) apartment located in the centre of the new town in Carcassonne. It has every possible luxury, is convenient to all the sights, spotlessly clean and even has its own terrace to enjoy the sun. Our hosts, Ann and James, treated us like family and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. We felt very lucky to have found this little gem and hope to return one day! If you are considering a stay, don't delay - you won't find a better place to spend a holiday. We have already recommended this apartment to our friends and family.
