Soundproofing. While common areas are modern and renovated, the rooms could be updated. E.g. the doors are old etc. However, everything was clean.

It was easy to move around with bus station being right in front of the hotel and train station also being close. The common areas are nice and modern.

I would have rated this higher but unfortunately the room we were in was a joining room and there was a family next door with young children. The walls in our room seemed to be paper thin and we could basically hear the family speaking as if they were in our room. I did complain about this as we were woken up daily but the hotel was full. Not sure if all rooms have the issue. If they could sort out the wall issue the hotel would be prefect.

We visited this hotel first week of August and had a very good experience. Front desk was very friendly and guided us towards our reserved parkings space inside the hotel which is a big advantage. The bar and restaurant provides a small choice of food but at a good quality. A small pool but ideal to chill and an exception in the neigbourhood. The location of the hotel is great! Next to the beach of Cannes and nice sea view! There's a train passing but you really won't be bothered by this at all. Rooms are well equipped. In summary: an ideal spot to get acquainted with Cannes and it's beaches and city centre.

It was little run down, but perhaps right for the price! Train lines next to the property could be noisy at times.

Although not in heart of the city, it wasn’t too far and was conveniently located. Staff were very friendly and understanding! View from the room was exceptional!

The room was quite small and in need of renovation BUT this is being done this year

Partly renovated so the breakfast area was beautiful. Our room hadn’t been renovated so a little dated BUT it is soon to be completed and then I think it will be amazing. Staff were absolutely brilliant they were attentive, helpful especially the pool / shack / bar man, he even helped us book things and have great advice on trips.

The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from city center. The bus station is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel but due to traffic even riding the bus it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to city center. The breakfast is great but very small changes are made to the menu is was about the same for our 5 days stay.

The hotel is very close to the midi beach and has a great swimming pool that is not very busy. We were able to enjoy swimming with our 2 year old. Our room had a garden view, a balcony and we could also see the sea. The cleaning staff is very friendly but you have to ask for cleaning because unless you ask they do it every other day.

Overall great experience - I know because I have stayed here for more than 5 times. Why? The nearby beach is perfect for daytime swimming and lounging on the sun, which is away from central Cannes, away from cars, traffic and expensive (overpriced) beaches. Hotel is great!

Lovely pool. Staff were all fantastic and really friendly. Nice breakfast. We also had lunch there one day which was excellent. 20 minute coastal walk into Cannes or easy buses if not. We would definitely come back here in the future.

The restaurant at the hotel: food was a bit disappointing as my husband felt a bit sick after the salmon pasta. Steak and burgers were good!

5 mins walk to a sandy beach and hotel provided beach towels. Staff was accommodating and attentive. Room was spacious, we got one with a balcony/ocean view.

The location is excellent, couldn't be better. Bus stops from both sides, just outside the gates. Beautiful beach in two minutes walk. Room cleaning and fresh towels every day

1-kindness of the staff, 2-excellent housekeeping and cleaning 3-nice and chill atmosphere 4-good breakfast 5-good food 6-chill location Perfect and chill place , close enough to the center to let you explore but at a good distance from the tourist trap of venues of croisette. Very good to relax and rest and as a home base to come back after a day exploring. Free beach is nice and just steps from hotel. Besides, avoid beach club, they drains money for no particular service. The people working in hotel are nice and kind, helpful and the service is very good from concierge to breakfast to dinner. Recommended

The route to the beach through the gardens could benefit from better landscaping and clearer signage—it’s a beautiful area with great potential. We also used the stairs frequently, but they had more of a service or emergency exit feel, which took away from the overall ambiance.

The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Their positive attitude made a big difference to the overall experience. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, and the décor was sleek and modern. Highly recommended!

They keep leaving the pool cleaner in the pool all day and often ran out of food…. At breakfast they ran out of croissants, bacon, eggs….and at lunch they ran out of bread!
