United KingdomSome of the staff were quite rude - probably with it being at the end of the season. The room was generally clean but dusty under the blind and the cups were dusty.
Fantastic location. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor terrace. The boot room is very well organised and the lockers are great.

Saudi ArabiaRoom service has a very limited menu, and it's not that good. They have a limited staff, so asking for something takes time. For example, at breakfast, it takes a long time to find someone to ask for a coffee, and upon check-out, it takes a long time to get our luggage from the storage.
The staff is very welcoming and tries to respond to your needs. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the lobby is nice. The restaurants are good, and the outside seating is great. Their breakfast was good, with various choices, and the breakfast area had a very nice view over the slopes.

United KingdomI found the hotel cold and had to wear my thermals to dinner. The piste outside the hotel is very moguly in the afternoon. The location is at the bottom of the town and there is only 1 shuttle working which means it can be a 20 minute wait if you dont want to walk to town. There is a shortcut for pedestrians though, through 2 shopping malls. Dinner needs improvement - the food in the Asian restaurant is not great. The food in the Italian restaurant is too fussy and it is hard to find something that you want to eat more than once. However, the service in both restaurants is impeccable. The Spa staff tried to sell us facial products after every massage. Whilst I could understand the hard sell after a facial, it made no sense for them to do this after a massage. I felt uncomfortable saying no thanks. There is a small gym but only one treadmill and one exercise bike are working. It got very busy in the mornings, with people having to wait to use them.
The breakfast was good. The staff are incredibly helpful as well as extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable There is a great ski hire inside the hotel and the location of the ski room is good - no staircase to manoeuvre with ski boots on.

United KingdomThe hotel fixtures and fittings, decor, furniture etc were not of the standard we would expect for a 5 star hotel. The bedroom and attached bedroom were very small and the bathroom had issues smells coming from the drains.
The hotel staff are some of the best in the industry. There was a clear consistency of staff positive attitudes and keen to deliver the best customer experience.

United KingdomWe recently stayed at a fantastic hotel right on the slopes, making it easy to ski straight from my door. The ski rental service and ski pass handling were incredibly convenient. The spa and outdoor pool were a highlight, especially after a day on the slopes. The staff was attentive and ensured a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for those who like 5* ski experience !

We had a junior suite. The description said a double bed with a sofa bed for one child and a separate room with a single bed for another child. In actual fact there was a pull out bed under the single bed so both children could sleep in the little room together which was much better. The suite was spacious with plenty of storage. A table and sofa where we could sit and play games. The spa was amazing and the perfect wind down after a day’s skiing. Children allowed until 6pm which was good for a cut off time and for people without kids! The restaurants were all great. The dinner buffet was very varied and good value. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One server called Gaylord was particularly attentive and remembered all our morning coffee orders from day one. Another lady, Vicky, was incredibly kind and helpful after I’d hurt my leg skiing. Overall a fantastic hotel which we would thoroughly recommend and will be coming back to!

United KingdomBreakfast was OK - a bit disappointing vs. others we've had on ski holidays. Not enough variety. Found the hotel was really overrun by children - they just took over and at times they just made our stay unpleasant. At the Italian restaurant a couple of loud families with even louder children ruined the meal for us - they were placed in the centre of the restaurant so they were unavoidable. After that we avoided eating at the hotel.
Service was great throughout - friendly and responsive. Nice room and view. Good lunches. Liked the ease of using the ski shop to store our ski gear.
