A beautiful gem of a place overlooking the castle. The apartment is very comfortable with a wonderful wrap around balcony. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the outside shutters ensured a dark room when the sun came up. I would highly recommend.

There was no soap, shower gels etc in bathroom, only one roll of toillet paper and only one capsule of coffee. Downstairs neighbour came up at 9am to complain about the noise, said he couldn't sleep. We were quite, just woke up 🤔 App Apartment is on the top floor, no elevator.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with very little traffic noise. The balcony goes all around the apartment and gives fantastic views of the castle and river. It was clean and has been decorated tastefully. The owner was very helpful and super prompt at replying to enquiries.

Nothing, it was perfect for our holiday needs.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Lovely living room area with TV, well kitted out kitchen with microwave, cooker dishwasher, plenty of cutlery and crockery. Lovely shower room with washing machine and a separate toilet. The bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated with doors leading onto to the wraparound balcony and views of the castle. The apartment was within walking distance of the centre and the castle.

Lovely quiet area, felt safe and secure. Property had everything you need for a short stay. Kitchen area clean and easy to use. Excellent shower, water lovely and warm. Car parking spaces readily available. Comfy clean beds.

A beautiful, well design and appointed apartment! Spacious, esthetically pleasing and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony that wrapped around was wonderful and we were able to dry off the laundry. Close to both the lower as well as the upper town. Carrefour was 10 min walk. Had also a parking place.

A well considered apartment with modern design and perfectly located for exploring the city and beyond. Parking was always available onsite or free on road where there are plenty of spaces. Amazing view of castle from wrap around balcony. Stairs are not a problem and great exercise.

It's on an upper floor. I'm 70. And first day I admit I trudged those stairs. By day #3 my body adapted and I had no problem with stairs. Yep, no problem. You will adapt too - so no complaining. Besides, you have the most awesome view of the walled city in Carcassonne. The photos ARE true. That is really the view from this apartment.

I LOVED this apartment. It is beautifully renovated two bedrooms in older apartment building. Everything is "just right". It has the appearance of an interior designer. Attention to detail for everything. It's spotless. Clean linens & towels are provided. The building is very quiet. The neighborhood is safe. Parking is very easy on either Alsace street or the diagonal parking spots along the canal. The streets are mostly wide in this area of town. No problems getting around if you have GPS. I walked 22 minutes to the Walled City. Glad I did. Great restaurant down the block. L'Opale. Staff made me feel welcome. Chef explained all menu items. ( In English).

The location, the comfort, the big size, the decoration, the bathroom. To be a 10 will need a lift and have views from inside the laundroom! Maybe an easier way to collect the keys (it was fun though). Honestly, it is a very good place to stay!

Really stunning apartment in a super location. The apartment is spotless, well furnished and has everything you need. A great location with a brilliant view of the castle. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this apartment. Plenty of parking is available just outside.

Not an issue for me, but the stairs might not suit those with mobility issues as the apartment is on the top floor and I didnt see a lift. Other than that I couldn't fault it.

This apartment is an absolute gem! Super clean, everything in immaculate condition and the view from the balcony is fab. You can walk along the river to the old Cite or 10 minutes at the most to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. 😃

The only downside was there was no lift , we had travelled for a few weeks to different locations and had many large suitcases to lug up 5 flights . Thankfully it was worth it when we got into the apartment.

Naturally,the stairs, but that's normal for most of Europe. Was disappointed that I had to go to store just to get coffee. There wasn't any at all and when I contacted the manager?? Was told , they don't supply anything.😔 Also Kinda stingy on toilet paper, didn't have enough to make it through the day..and other supplies,which was not expected. One towel per person made it difficult since we were there for over a week. I blame that on manager,not the owner, as he was very helpful when we had a AC issue. He got it fixed right away.. I would go again, just bring basic supplies.. just in case. But the Wonderful views and balcony made up for it with the very nice evenings.

Right on the river with trails and just over the bridge to Citi of Carcassonne. Few blocks away from old town center square with resteraunts and stores. Nice renovation in Apt. Very clean and efficient.
