Very clean, comfortable bed & room and great shower. What every skier / boarder wants. Have to say, the food in the evening was exceptional and amazing value for money.

I can’t praise this hotel enough. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We did half board and the meals in the evening were absolutely delicious. We were a five minute walk from where we hired our skis at Intersport and we were able to leave our skis there, which was really helpful We loved the spa for swimming pool was like getting into a bath just what we needed at the end of the day skiing

Our stay at Alpen Roc was delightful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. We had a meal at the Alpen Roc on our first night and the food was delicious. Our breakfasts were tasty with a lot of choice. The bonus was sunbathing and swimming in the heated pool, a real bonus in September! The hotel's position is perfect for exploring Morzine and parking is easy.

ItalySimply astonishing, a complete gem in the alps. Staff is gentle, our room was comfy, and men, the pool and the jacuzzi were the best after a day of hiking. Breakfast was good to! Also the hotel's position is fire, is near everything.

United KingdomI am being over critical. But this is the only thing I can think of, which wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. The hot water was affected once during our stay.
Great location. Breakfast was great, and was an excellent start to a days skiing. The theme of the hotel is really nice. The facilities were good. Jacuzzi and pool onsite for relaxation after a long day. The staff were awesome, so helpful and made our stay very welcoming.
