How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Coffee machine provided but expected to buy your own supplies; No fridge; Rooms are very small and compact, no space to move; you cannot open only exit door when bunk bed is down (fire hazard); limited storage space: you must pay for ski storage unless you hire skis through hotel (disappointing); Evening menu was very limited.
Absolutely stunning location, surrounded by mountains; ski out of back door. Lovely bar and sun terrace; Modern and clean; Quiet location; Friendly and pleasant staff; Good breakfast.

Cons: The rooms are very small, but that’s common everywhere. There is no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine. We used it to make tea.
The hotel’s location is perfect, with plenty of free parking. It’s easy to access the ski slopes directly from the hotel. The equipment rental is available right in the hotel, which is very convenient, and storage is free. The hotel lobby is new, stylish, and very comfortable. Guests can enjoy free croissants and pastries throughout the day. Breakfast is delicious, especially the fresh seeded bread and baguette. The scrambled eggs are soft and tasty, accompanied by bacon and sausages. There are also yogurts, butter, cereals, and cheeses. The only downside is the lack of cold cuts like ham. That’s a minus.

Space in bathrooms very small and a bit smelly from the drains and lack of air circulation. Beds were hard
Breakfast was good - simple but just what we needed Nice to have the duplex room for family. Great views of slopes. Ski shop in basement is great and the staff very kind and helpful

Breakfast was a little minimal. I would have liked boiled eggs as a choice some mornings. Move the plates / bowls away from the busy coffee machine area! Room ski lockers, but I guess space isn't available. Communal ski storage worked well.
Ski in / ski out was good. Location. Late check in option worked well. Ski hire shop staff were helpful.

as with most 3 vallee hotels it can get a litle noisy so prepare earplugs if you are noise sensitive
Very nice litle hotel well situated with beautiful views on the mountain. We have been in 3 vallee many times and this hotel has very nice and modern rooms, good beddings good heating with a nespresso machine in the room. we recomand its a good value for this area and its a ski in/out if you want or you can opt to take an elevator accross to reach the main village center

Staff were constantly smoking outside even though the tables weren't cleared at breakfast and dinner time. Jam spluts and cearal everywhere and sadly soggy bacon with scrumbled eggs served every day with very poor selection at breakfast. The hotel food wasn't great. We ate there ones on my birthday and never again. The waiting staff didn't even notice us we were sitting there. The food came luke warm and some raw. Sadly we were also served fondue which needed heating a lot more. It was very difficult to handle at its rubbery state. The bar was constantly shut in the evening even though we chose the hotel that it had a bar there so we were close to our kids. The room wasn't clean well enough when I wiped the floor the tissue was black! Also not sure what we were supped to clean the cups with if our housekeeping didn't clean it for us???? This hotel could have so much more potential if it was managed properly as it is in very good location.

It is not a hotel but more like a high quality hostel. Food was poor both at breakfast and evening meal and the reception desk was often empty and staff in the hotel disengaged.
The location is great, the upgraded room was adequate and the staff in the boot room and the location of the boot room is convenient for jumping straight on the slopes. Good choice for large groups of adults and not really a family environment
