I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by mountains and beautiful nature, it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with breathtaking views from the balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. After a long day of activities, the wellness area with the sauna and jacuzzi was a real treat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to come back!

There is room for improvement in the restaurant department. Breakfast is exactly the same every day, and you don't have many choices (no vegetables besides slices of cucumber and tomatoes). There is no fruit prepared and cut, just a bowl of bananas, oranges, and grapes. You won't leave hungry, but for a 4-star hotel, a little more is expected. The coffee at breakfast is very poor and needs immediate attention. Dinner service is very quick, perhaps sometimes too quick for a fine-dining experience that is being attempted to be mimicked. Unfortunately, the quality is not quite there... Some dishes are great, some are a letdown. The majority of the clientele is French-speaking, but it couldn't hurt to pay a little more attention to the English translation of the dinner menu. For instance, "Lamb mice" (sic!) was actually a lamb shank :) The spa area is just okay. There is one pool, two jacuzzis, a couple of saunas, but unfortunately, there is no seating area for those who would like to catch a break in between sauna sessions and don't want to spend it next to the pool where there are splashing children around.

The hotel itself is very nice. Loved the rooms. Our room was a little on the small side but that wasn't an issue. Rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable - you have everything you need and more. Very comfortable bed. Ski-in, ski-out is a great plus. Nice and quiet location. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch.

Really small issues: the kitchen is very well equipped, but we missed a salad knife. There was a slightly strange smell in one of the showers in the apartment. Small things that we are sure will improve for next time!

the location has a good view but not in the city center but very close 15 minutes walk , also , it’s a ski resort so it’s hard to arrive their by car for the people who don’t use to drive in mountains

They went above and beyond to accommodate my Dad who was on crutches for our family ski holiday. it meant my parents were able to have a wonderful holiday using the many facilities, bars, restaurants and yet not ski! We could ski into see them and see them in the pool/spa.
