The room size is a bit small for two people.

Good location, close to tram/bus stops and supermarkets. Kind hotel staff and good wifi. The hotel view is very beautiful. The room has modern decorations and is very clean. We enjoy very much staying in this hotel and will stay again for the next time.

I personally don't like when windows cannot open and to be all the time under airconditioning. I knew it when I reserved it so it is not a big deal but it is the only bad side. I understand modern hotels are frequently built that way, but that is the only thing I did

The hotel is beautiful, cosy, beautifully decorated. It has charm. The room is spacious and practical, the bed comfortable. It is very quiet so you can have a nice sleep. It is located in the very nice neigbourhood. We really loved it. There are restaurants nearby, some cool bars as well. It is modern and very lively part, good vibe! There is also a shopping centre opposite the hotel. The bus station is 3 minutes on foot. So we visited Colmar by bus and it was super easy. I highly recommend staying in Aloft hotel. We had a wonderful time and were so happy that we booked the room there.

Unfortunately for us, our room was located on the side of the setting sun so we we were blasted if we opened the blinds.

Super clean, spacious room with nespresso coffee machine and a bottle of water in the minibar. Shampoo and body wash in the bathroom and hand wash liquid and body cream. The workers were super nice. Walking distance to the cathedral and the petite France. No free parking spots but just behind the hotel there is a public parking area. On Saturday from 19:00 to monday, it is free.

We had problems with the key card to open our room — it didn’t work, and we had to wait two hours for a technician to arrive. Note to the manager: keep the necessary tool to open the doors at the hotel and train the staff to use it :D That said, we received free breakfast the next day, so they handled the situation well. Also, there’s a small play corner next to the reception where our child could play during those two hours — definitely a plus for that too.

We stayed on the 7th floor, and the view was very nice — the room had huge windows all around to enjoy it. The city centre is just a 7-minute walk away. Although there is only a bar in the hotel, there are a few restaurants next door and also in the shopping centre across the street. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is okay.

Second time being a guest here. This time with my fiancé. As the first time, staff always friendly, beautiful corner room, nice location with easy access to public transports. I recommend.

The sink in the room. There were also no slippers and the floor was super cold - reception responded they are not providing those. I was cold. We also got a room for disabled people, that had not very usual location of things especially in the bathroom.

The breakfast was amazing, as well as location and cleanness. We enjoyed table tennis downstairs.

There’s no door between the room and the shower, ok if you’re a couple but might be awkward if you’re staying with a friend or a colleague
