The hotel needs better maintenance. There were several small issues in our room: the door lock was loose, the window knob was broken, and the heater in the bathroom was broken as well. The sofa was not very comfortable.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The suite we got was spacious enough for 4 people. The hotel is a good choice to sleep one night while travelling through the country, especially if you don't have great expectations. The rooms have a fridge, a stove and a coffee machine, which we appreciated.

Kitchenette equipments are good in quality. You must care about there is no AC in this hotel. Overall, it was a fair quality to be fair.

Initially sent to wrong room. The family room was grubby. There were no pillows for the double bed or towels. Pillows were brought over an hour later despite three trips to reception. Not enough cutlery for four people. Dirty walls and bed settee arms ( in effect bed). Not all corridors lit adequately. Curtains broken.

The lift area at the reception smells very bad (close to toilets). The lift needs to be refreshed, rather dirty and damaged. The apartment was partly clean, inside the wardrobes (in the corridor and bedroom) it was very dirty...

The bed was confortable and the bathroom linen was good although the hair dryer was missing. Lighting in the apartment was good.

The room was filthy. Very poor hygiene standards across the building, cigarrette butts everywhere and the smell.... No towels in the toilet, dirty cookware in the cupboards, dirty fridge, dirty linen in beds, stained walls and dust everywhere. The lack of cleanliness is a shame, would the cleaning be done properly the experience of staying here would have been much much better.

The double bed room was fine, but the sofa-bed in the living room was more than old and used up! the mattress was torn and totally deformed and we could not rest at all. the whole floor was smelling bad and there was ants and other insects in the apartment. There was no soap or scourer to clean the dishes and some cups were stored dirty in the cupboard...

No air con, so had to keep the window open overnight. Horrible smell in the corridors with no ventilation, someone was smoking and someone has burned some food. Some families have stayed up late in the night and been quite loud, so with all windows open, it was fairly noisy till 2-3am.

Location worked for us, as it's close to the Bordeaux stadium, close to the motorway and walking distance from the tram stop to get into the town

The room was never cleaned throughout my stay. The towels were not changed and the bin was not cleared.

Close to the hotel there was a bus stop which had frequent buses which go all around Bordeaux.
