Great hotel. Room bathroom and restaurant were great... breakfast was ham cheese bread and fruit.. on asking for eggs was told the egg boiler was broken.. come on you could have boiled a egg in a pan.

Roadworks in the town made it a bit tricky to get to. The shower leaked and flooded the floor

Not the easiest to find the entrance to the car park. Only one member of staff available to sign people in and service the bar.

Good motorbike parking. Close to the main parts of town. Basic rooms but nice, quiet and comfy.

Hotel looks very rundown & shabby from the outside but ok inside. Restaurant closed on weekends so we had to search for somewhere to eat. Bit strange to close a restaurant on the busiest days.

Exterior of hotel looks very scruffy and we almost went somewhere else, but inside was much better. Wash basin is in separate room to toilet. Hotel slightly outdated. Very limited menu with no vegetarian options.

Outside of building would benefit from redecoration…gives a poor first impression. Hotel car park not welcoming and makes one hesitant to park the car in it.

Excellent value for money. Price included a very good evening meal and breakfast. Particularly appreciated fresh orange juice and good quality products at breakfast, water station to refill water bottles, and central position of hotel with free parking in the square opposite.

The duvet was not that big

It's an ibis, the lady on reception checking in was helpful, but you don't expect all the bells and whistles. Breakfast was ok. The shower was good.

The lever tap on the basin would not stay up much of the time unless you pushed it all the way up to maximum (which was too much).

Lots to choose from at breakfast. Selection of cheeses was excellent. Plenty of private parking. Good Internet connection in our room.

Wasn’t so much the property , I was told on arrival only one room had gone through on the payment instead of two , so I was charged again for second room , wasn’t till home I could check and the 1st payment for both rooms had gone through , I will have to purse

Excellent location, close to the centre. We had a large family room (for 2), which was very quiet, well equipped, extra pillows (essential), good bathroom with rain shower and lots of towels. Our impression was that St Dizier is a town with limited options for evening dining, but we ate at the Les Halles market opposite the hotel which did evening barbecue food. We intend to return and will stay in the same hotel.

unfortunately the Air-conditioning was not working & it was 27 degrees in the room but after a conversation with staff we were moved to a balcony room which had better air circulation this will be fixed by the first week in June 23 they Promise
