United KingdomThe AC in the room was turned off by default and I had to ask the staff member behind reception to turn it on. The next day, it was off again, which is not great to have to keep asking for this option to be enabled.
If you are looking for a hotel near Disneyland Paris, and don't mind the 10-15 minute transfer to the park, I would recommend this hotel as an option for you. The bedroom was a good size, with the option of a bunk bed out of the main area for the kid(s). Very comfortable beds and a decent breakfast if you choose to take it. No issues with the staff, very friendly guy behind the bar, just be sure to order your pizza before 10.30pm :)

IrelandWhen we asked for car park, been told that is a surcharge for the underground parking but never mentioned that is a free car park on the ground floor. I asked for a drink to go, at the bar, but I've been told that is already close, even some costumers were still there.

Spain- We could hear a phone vibrating in the room next to us, morning another guest’s alarm went off for 20 minutes and woke us up at 7 am. The soundproofing could be improved. - breakfast is okish - would expect more hot dishes for 18 euros (only egg and bacon) but better than nothing, since there aren’t alternatives close by. - AC doesn’t cool down as much as we’d like - The WiFi worked fine on my phone, but my MacBook couldn’t load the login page until I did some tech troubleshooting. This is something most guests wouldn’t know how to fix, so it may be worth updating the system to make laptop connections easier.
- Very nice spacious, modern, and clean room. Employees are nice and helpful. - The hotel is 10 min away from Disney Paris and taking an Uber is like ~€10-13 each way. - price - value is very good, I’d 100% come back and highly recommend this hotel.

United StatesLocation was great after a long day at Disney Parcs! Able to use Bolt after parks closed for a reasonably priced ride. The reception area had the BEST water on tap! Room was spacious and perfect for 2a/1teen/1c to sleep! Shower was good and had plenty of room. We used this hotel just to sleep after being in the parks all day. We skipped the breakfast so we could sleep in and then caught another Bolt back to Disney Village. After shopping we took the train back into the city where we were staying. We only brought 2 backpacks with a change of clothes - traveled light - this was perfect!

United KingdomBreakfast wasn't included and cost a lot but we didn't have many options, nothing in walking distance. The breakfast food was very sugary, too much cake, pancake and sugary cereal and not enough fresh food. The eggs were too buttery and not very nice.
Great base for Disneyland, we took Ubers to the park which were quick, easy and about €12. The family room was fantastic value and the layout was good as bunk beds were behind a dividing wall so our son had his own space. Big TV which we could cast to was really good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door is fab too and you get a 10% discount.

United KingdomI was a little disappointed to arrive late at night and not have any tea and coffee making facilities or bottled water in the room. Rather strange for a 4 star hotel.
This hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean. I would have believed it if someone told me I was the first ever guest everything seemed brand new. GREAT location for Disney. Bus stop outside the hotel takes you right to Disney for 7 euros (family of 3) or a 12 euro uber. Didn’t eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on that.

Best hotel room I've ever had on terms of size. There was a separate room with bunkbed for the kids which was very comfortable; they loved it. I was also very impressed with the toilet being enclosed within the very spacious bathroom. Very spacious, clean, and secure car park in the basement.

We had also checked the door was shut when we left. We reported this to both the night staff and day staff but no one could offer any explanation.
