No lift and rather difficult staircase. But staff were extremely helpful and carried our heavy cases.

Private parking for reasonable price. Walking distance to centre. Coffee making facilities in room. Extremely friendly staff.

Parking is quite tight for larger vehicles. Rooms are cosy, but perfect for a night or two.

Good location close to town, about a 10-15 minutes walk to centre, parking round the back, room was simple and was very clean. Check in very easy!

People smoking outside the property, would be better to have a smoking area so you didn’t have to walk passed it every time

    Good location, nice big room.

The breakfast is pretty decent, just something before your travel will go on. The room are as small as possible which is normal for France :)

The hotel is fine for a one-night stay. It it located just 10 min walk from the main square Stanislas and very close to the main railway station.

If anything at all: square toilet and the lack of a light knob in the bathroom (the sensor causes the light to switch on upon entering, which is not convenient in the middle of the night with the bed next to the door)

Spacious and quiet family room (205), walking distance from the city center and historic sites, basic but good breakfast and good working EV chargers on site.

Overall, a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are small, but that was expected. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center, and the hotel is located in a safe area with a small supermarket conveniently right next door. One feature we really appreciated was the parking — it includes car charging stations: 2 slow and 6 fast chargers, which was a big plus!

Hard to find - the hotel is set back behind the street buildings and there is no signage on the street itself to indicate where the entrance is.

EV chargers in the car park - although some were blocked by IC cars

Difficulty finding entrance to hotel when driving. We went around the block twice as there is no signage on road to indicate where it is! For anyone driving in the future - the street is one way, so stay on the left hand side. You will see Ibis Parking entrance on the right hand side of the road and shortly after, on left hand side is an AXA office and then immediately an archway with a large dark red open gate. Hotel is in here. The actual street itself is pretty run down but hotel is off the road in a quiet interior area and very well maintained. Also note - there is no lift in the hotel. We were on the first floor but it was no problem for us.

The standard rooms are small. It was fine for me being just one person, but too small for friends who were a couple. Difficult to get around the bed to the far side as it is so close to the wall and no bedside table / shelf on far side of bed. Bathroom compact but perfectly functional. Hotel is new or recently refurbished and is very clean. Just a few minutes walk from the station. Just a short walk to city centre. Very convenient with parking onsite.

the drain in the shower didn't work properly and the shower was quickly overflooded. Even if you put the shower plug away, the water kept rising. - the lights in the bathroom turn on because of a sensor, which means that if someone goes there in the middle of the night, the other person wakes up from the light. Also, it takes a time for the lights to dim, which is not very comfortable at night - the matress and the cushion were a tad too hard - the walls are a bit thin, you can hear your neighbours in the morning, but that is easy to solve with ear plugs.

The room was very comfortable The staff was very friendly Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of different choices, and not too pricey Close to the beautiful city centre Not far from a place with good restaurants (5-10 minute walk)

Small thing - the shower was a roll-in type that is typical in accessible rooms. It would have been helpful to have a squeegee mop to tidy up the floor after use.

The room was very large, comfortable and quiet. There was comfortable seating with a small table and an additional desk area. The window coverings and room privacy were great, especially for a room on the ground floor. The location was an easy walk to the train station and some nice restaurants.
