We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceThe stairs lead to 4th floor is not very friendly, do not suggest people who has mobility issues. the walls are very thin so you can hear people walking by and shutting their doors. A bit over the budget if we include the parking.
Very good location, am lucky to have the last parking which is 1 minute away. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. Good room even though no kettle or anything else so was quite basic but was okay with that.

Check in was very easy with no fuss and the receptionist was very helpful. We had booked a superior double bedroom, not quite sure what was to be perceived as an extra to make it superior, that said the room was clean and bed made each day. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
