Amazing winter chalet style hotel right o the slope. It took one minute walking from ski room to ski lift so we were the first on the slopes. Ski resort is great, all pists are groomed daily. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and cozy, staff is super friendly and nice.

The room was tiny, absolutely no space to dry our skiing clothes. The furniture is almost absent and there is nowhere to put it. The distance between my bed and the wall was 20 cm, just enough to push my bag there. The listing says it is ski-in/ski-out, but it is not. You need to walk 50+ meters to get to the snow. Once went to the spa in the other village Montana building to enjoy heated outdoor swimming pool. It costs 25€ per person and their showers don't work, you get no slippers, no hair dryer.

All the personnel are nice and very helpful, the rooms are quite clean and fresh. Most of the days breakfast was tasty. The room had a big TV, could stream from my phone there.

As its small doesn’t have the facilities of its larger sister hotel but the small pool and sauna were sufficient.

Staff were really helpful and attentive. Location close to slopes but quiet. Breakfast was peaceful, always somewhere to sit and never very busy. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable.

The car park. I struggled to get in and out as the entry is so tight and damaged my hire car, resulting in a hefty bill on return.

Breakfast is the same everyday

The variety of resturants for dinner (included in half board), nice balcony with the mountain view. Ski in and ski out. Decent spa! Steam and sauna were great. Indoor secure parking. Overall we were very satisfied.

Quite honestly the price. I think the cost for what is a zero service hotel, with no bar and no restaurant was too high on the dates I travelled. They even don't have a room to place baggage and we had to leave it behind the desk and some just in the reception. For the price I had expected it to be more like the Village Montana and a full scale hotel. I booked last minute and didn't do my research enough. The room was mostly lcean, but there were many spiders webs in corners etc, so I'd expect this to be cleaner.

I like the location and that area of Tignes. It's easy to get skiing and also you c an ski back easily also. The room was nice and comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast was good and a nice start to the day.

The access into the underground parking was extremely tight for a large car. It was a difficult to turn once you had descended the ramp.

This is picky. We asked for a twin room but it was made up as a double. On the plus side reception got onto housekeeping who put it right within 10 mins.

Breakfast was excellent. Choice of hot food, bacon & egg or french style, various breads, pastries, fruit, cold buffet, fruit salad, yoghurt etc... The location was superb in the Village Montana 2 mins walk from Blue run into the Palafour lift and 5 mins walk from the centre. Facilities include spa, pool, small bar area which we didn't use but looked okay. Garage was a bonus as we hired a car from Geneva Airport.

My biggest issue should have been the hotel groups best quality. We had a half board package and was unaware that the meals would be provided in the Hotel groups sister restaurants. Not a problem as they were nearby and a fun way of experiencing different hotels/restaurants. Each restaurant had a 'Half Board' menu that had a fair but not substantial choice of dishes. However if you wished you could choose items from the 'A La Carte' menu to replace the standard fair. However you were charged full price for these items. I would have hoped for and expected that these would have had a supplemented price maybe 30 - 50% cheaper than the list price. This was not the case.

Breakfast was very good. The Hotel is small as is the restaurant and so all worked really well. The staff were really attentive and things such as scrambled egg trays, orange/apple juice, etc were refilled instantly. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily including towels! Pool water was a bit tepid but we had it to ourselves, sauna was a good size and hot. Towels are supplied within the pool area.

The room was rather small, more like 13m2 and not the 18m2 that was booked. We had to store our luggage in our car in order to have some space.

Great location close to ski piste, chairlifts, centre of town. Great views of the mountains, sunny balcony.
