We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicTerrible breakfast - one ham, one cheese, one salam, no vegetables, synthetic eggs. Extremly small rooms, just few cm bigger than beds, with no furnitures no space for luggage. Booked 2 rooms for family of 4 and each room was on different floor.
Nice new hotel. Everything clean. Friendly personal. Comfortable beds. Big Safe parking place.

United KingdomHotel in middle of nowhere. Rooms small. .Housekeeping hit and miss. Once a week? No bins emptied till Friday. Had to do bed myself five out of six days. Had to ask for fresh towels and loo roll every day. Really? For 165 euros a night?! Constant drone from circuit nearby. Breakfast at 15 euros each wasn’t good. Lovely seating area but nothing replenished half the time. Had to get trays and noticed lady telling guys to move their stuff. What sort of place does that. You had to put trays on stand, like school dinners! I would not stay there again. Only good for a one night stopover.
Having read reviews thought it was going to be good. Guys on reception really helpful. Pool area good but no brollies for shade. Parking excellent. Zest restaurant nearby good for evening meal.
