My room was clean but a bit tired. Some flaky paint, dented panel door to the bathroom and the material headboard was peeling. Some maintenance required. The restaurant wasn’t open and finding somewhere to eat after 20h00 on a Monday night was a challenge.

I felt like I was in a Californian lifestyle movie. The rooms all facing into the central covered green space and decked walkways was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air con was a really welcome relief and I slept very well.

No restaraunt or bar open, no breakfast available. Only booked it for the reason it was advertised with restraunt and bar, instead had to drive out and find food and beer, the local area is crap but it was easy to drive back to the hotel after drinking 9 pints of wheat beer, but gate did not work to get in so had to wait ages for someone leaving so we coul get in, therefore had to pee several times up the side of someones car although i did think it was my car

The room was clean and nice with a little kitchen inside. The balcony was large with two seats and. The swimming pool was nice and quiet, A must is to visit Aix-en Provence, great town with good food and nice things to see

The location was a disappointment as it is advertised as being in Aix when, in fact, it is in the next town.

We werer satisfied last time (about 6 or 7 years ago) but this time very dissatified. The hotel is neglected and not maintained - everything is worn out including the bed, the mattress, the shower and more.. In addition, the air conditioner does not function properly and there is no reserve of toilet paper.. It seems that the hotel has changed its purpose. It seems the the sun has scorched the wooden doors, the wooden floor and the wooden beams. According to the staff, the western side of the building facing the swimimg pool has been sold to another entity and does not belong to the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friend.

Be careful with this hotel. It doesn’t say before, but this hotel takes a fee as a reservation guarantee, which then cannot be refunded immediately upon check-in, the refund must be waited for 3-30 days, as one administrator explained to me… In addition, even if you have paid this reservation fee, the rude administrator, without explaining the situation specifically, will charge you the same amount of money that you have already paid in order for you to be able to check into your PRE-BOOKED rooms My family and I came to this hotel on October 17, it was my birthday. Not only I had to explain and get adequate answers to my questions, but also this rude administrator was ready to leave my family (we have a baby 1 year old) and me on the street in the middle of the night, without staying in a hotel, because I refused to pay DOUBLE THE AMOUNT for this hotel I am still in dispute with the hotel, because I have not been refunded for the reservation Today, October 23
