Comfy beds, clean bathroom, spacious room and big private parking. Pets free of charge.

Carpet under the bed is not vacuumed. It’s a thick layer of dust in there…

The room was modern, well designed and clean. The location was easy to find and great for a one night stay

We were offered breakfast but it was expensive so we declined. Got a breakfast at a nearby supermarket for half the price.

The location is good for those stopping off to break up a longer trip.

We stopped for one night during a heatwave, with my pregnant wife and 3 year old daughter. Upon arrival, we were informed that the air conditioning war broken, there was no way to fix it that day, and that there were no other hotels available in the area (the woman at reception seemed to be particularly pleased to let us know that we were trapped in our stifling room). They offered a complimentary breakfast, which we refused, and then said there was nothing they could do about a price reduction unless we wrote to management. Awful customer service. The room was also dirty, as though it hadn't been vacuumed, and when this was pointed out, the reception said "that's handled by a third party" - as though it wasn't their responsibility. Genuinely, truly an awful hotel.

A lovely greeting on arrival and a very comfortable bed! Very clean too.

The coffee is rather weak.

Ok for transit, small room for a family with a teenager but comfortable. Parking available was a huge plus.

I would have liked a small fridge. I asked for some information at the reception and was not much help.

Big room, very comfortable beds, quiet, perfect for a night driving from west to east of France. Very friendly guy in the 24 hour reception (amazing, compared to many of the other hotels in the area and in the same price range that only has automatic reception in the evening, that don't even work..) Will definitely stay here again.

Great value for money! The room was very spacious and the beds amazing, super comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good. It will be our go to hotel when travelling for sure! I truly recommend!

My only comment would be that the bathroom could use with a spruce up, however every thing was extremely clean and even though a bit dated, it was still very good.

Big bed

No soap in shower, restricted amount of toilet paper. No tea and coffee facilities or refrigerator.

The room was very clean, and the mattress, pillow, and blanket were extremely comfortable — we had a great night’s sleep!

The lady at reception didn’t seem very welcoming, and we felt like unwanted guests. Also, the room had only one set of towels for a family of three.

Arrived very late (0200) and car park was locked but immediate response from friendly receptionist who opened gate and checked me in. I was able to buy much needed drink and snack.

This is a typical hotel in the Ace hotel chain - clean, comfortable spacious rooms and large bed. Ace hotels are probably the best budget hotels in France. Good value for money, but no ‘frills ‘. Because the reception desk is available throughout 24 hours, there is no need to worry about a late arrival. Ace hotels are all dog-friendly. The buffet breakfast is basic - but inexpensive.

The chain restaurant next door is closed - probably permanently. So, to get an evening meal means getting back into your car (and, even then, the nearest restaurants are of the worst kind).

Many hotels even at higher prices do not offer such spacy rooms and details. Very clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff
