very very very old air condition ( if hot summer, in your room would be around 28 and more even with AC on) :-( so many lawn mowers and DIY items in your way from hotel to swimming pool, maybe try little more decoration and hide this stuff for workers :-(

The views are breathtaking. Every room is different and all have a special enchantment. We stay many times in this property and last time we were in a stone tower with a balcony overlooking Salome de Provence. Other times we had a private terrace what is lovely and enjoy! A lot of ventilation in the rooms and bathrooms. Lovely sauna in outdoors terrace. Great restaurant. Lovely staff. Super relaxing! Quiet! Beautiful outdoor swimming pool, fountain with sparkling and natural water, footballing, ping pong, chess, kids enjoy the property as parents relax in a very beautiful place.

Overall we loved our stay. Since we were travelling with our child, we missed having a small fridge in the room and room service for food in the room. We managed that by going to the nearby town, but it would have been very helpful to have that because of its somewhat isolated location.

Excellent, picturesque location. It was a great place to stay with a young child and a dog. Very relaxing and quiet environment with beautiful views and interesting architecture. The staff were excellent too, very friendly and responsive to our queries. The room was very clean and spacious, with a nice patio and little balcony. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and local flavours. The restaurant was also nice for dinner at least once. Finally, the pool area was very nice in good location within the property.

Baguette on breakfast was not nice, not true french one. Could not be forgiven. Breakfast and dinner with same menu everyday.

Some cushions on the outdoor chairs would have been nice, it was a bit wet so maybe they didn’t want to put them out, but we sat outside quite a bit, plus something to sit on on the roof terrace too.

Amazing converted Abbey, spectacular views across the valley, our room was large with a huge terrace out front and another on the roof. The interior was original brick with narrow stairways and big windows and doors. Definitely an experience. Staff were really helpful, especially calling Hertz when our TGV was over an hour late and their office was closing. Restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. A great place to use as a base to explore Provence.

Well it's a small point but easy to fix - the bath needs a shower gel on the wall at the level of the bath, otherwise you have to stand up each time to get gel/shampoo!

The Abbey was absolutely beautiful. We only stayed for one night, but it was a lovely stop on a longer tour of the South of France. Gorgeous view over the valley, both at breakfast and sunset.

Perhaps missing some tapas and aperitives on the menu of the restaurant.

The property was stunning, it is an old abbey, it was picturesque and exactly what we expect when coming to the South of France. Restaurant was great, and the location is 10min max by car from Salon de Provence city center :-) We were travelling with our 21 months old baby and we received a little towel for her + little baby-friendly bath products, so nice!

The Abbey is beautiful and we were thrilled with our stay. The accommodations and staff were top notch. Food in the restaurant delicious.

The bed was not very clean at the beginning and had to ask to the staff to clean it.

There could be more dining options in the restaurant. We had dinner one night and found the food too heavy for all the nights (we stayed for a week). It would be nice to have salad options or other lighter food on the menu.

Beautiful place! The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Everything was clean and organised! The staff were attentive and kind. We loved our stay!

Pool wasn’t open , though should have been . We were up in a separate « tower «  wondering if our facilities were as good as in the main part of the hotel. Fairly simple if so .

Food did not meet the expectations that I have for such a nice location in the Provence. Also, they served the same menu two days in a row, so it might become a bit boring if you stay longer.

I can not say anything negative about this place. It is superb. Highly recommend to visit.

Hilarious place on the hill above Salone de Provence. Beautiful views and sunset. The place is very comfortable and offers a high quality of service. We stopped only for 1 night on our way to Spain. But we would like to come back for a longer stay. The restaurant was great, the breakfast was great. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. And the surrounding very quite. We slept well

The concept of the hotel is great - living in the old abbay. The food was perfect. The view is breathtaking. Rooms are so cozy and clean. Parking is comfortable. Wi-fi is good. Well, everything was just perfect. Thank you guys for the warm gentle acceptance.
