The boot room was very small when busy and the Lockers were difficult to get two pairs of skis and boots in and the boot warmers didn't work.

The Location was great for access to the slopes once you worked out the best way to ski in and out and only a short walk for local bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and Helpful. The cooked breakfast was limited but the alternatives were very good.

A bit dated. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Walls are paper thin. You can hear other guests sneezing! Rooms are small. Felt it was a bit overpriced for what it actually offers.

Spa facilities are pricey.

Location of Hotel Aalborg was great. Could use Jandri or Diable to get up the mountain and ski direct to the doof in the afternoons. Close enough to come back for lunch in the hotel or town. Food in the hotel was great. Was brilliant having ski hire in the hotel and they also can organise ski passes etc!

The only possibility to reach the property from Italy was by car and there were not easy to find a good parking place. We spend a lot of time to find the parking and it was 20 minute walking from the property

- We booked the spa and did not get told that it was not free when we booked at the reception desk. The next day we had a bill for €40. - At breakfast they stopped putting the eggs, bacon and sausages out after our first day.

Excellent location. Wonderful staff that felt like a family. Spacious, updated rooms. Beautiful view. Awesome deck and cozy lounge/bar area to grab drinks and hangout. Great breakfast and dinner. Loved having the ski locker. Service with a smile and genuine attention.

Dinner wasnt great, and our group decided to eat out following the 1st night. Although clean, the rooms are tired and could do with refurbishment.

Location on piste is exceptional, and ski hire shop in building is brilliant. Staff were friendly and helpful, and despite negatives, I would consider staying again at the right price.

Lady behind the bar was not as friendly as all the other members of the team. Food was uninspiring. Water in bathroom not hot enough at times. Don’t like 3/4 baths.

Breakfast was poor compared to pretty much every other ski holiday breakfast i have had (30+) no hot porridge/eggs etc. Croissant/Pain au chocolat were crispy and tiny. no bananas! (a staple food of slow energy release should be essential for skiing!) They had oranges, apples or stewed peaches.
