The sink was in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. No kettle or coffee machine in the bedroom.

Lake view and lovely staff throughout the hotel. Great location to visit other villages around. Big breakfast to start your day.

Whilst our room was very clean it was one of the cheaper options and smaller than I’m used to. Facilities eg bathroom were still good.

Restaurant staff were excellent. Food was equally very good.

Vert tired decoration needs some TLC. Shower broken stained pillow cases and bed clothes. Holes in wall on communal area.

Beware - next to an amusement area, very noisy into the evenings and would stop people sleeping. If you are leaving early and travelling with bikes, you will have to leave them locked up on the front terrace, which worked well, but always makes me a bit nervous.

Our room was a bit on the small side and the shower facility could have been better.

Very friendly welcome in the reception area which is a fairly intimate TV/Bar area ... we watched the world cup final France vs Argentina! The restaurant was very good with extensive "fish" menu. Parking was easy in front of the hotel, but it was a very quiet winter period.

The overnight stay on the first floor of the hotel had a balcony overlooking the yacht basin. This was very private and allowed my wife and myself to enjoy the view, particularly for breakfast, which we have to say was one of the best breakfasts we have had, for the price.

The layout of the room as there were two tables one side of the bed but not one the other so we did a bit of shuffling things around

Little touches like incense sticks (patchouli oil) making the room smell nice and the fact that the bottled water (complimentary) was replaced when drank. Comfortable bed, great location.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. The location and room were ideal for our needs. Plus, the evening meal and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice from locally sourced food.

Nothing, all was fine

Great location, wonderful staff, fine dining, and a marvelous view over the lake. We took air conditioned refuge from the heat wave this summer and it was much needed and a great pleasure. Highly recommended hotel!

The room was completely different from the photo of the room I presumed I had booked. This is not the hotel for people with a minimal grasp of the french language.

The chambermaid was the only friendly face in the whole place.

The attitude of most of the staff was off hand bordering on unfriendly..with the exception of the lovely housekeeper Sandra. Terrible lack of service in the restaurant left us leaving after 25 minutes of being ignored/dismissed when asking if we could order.
