United KingdomRoom was great although if you find stairs challenging ask to be on the first level. This is the nearest to the bar and restaurant and on the same level as the spa. There is not a lift in the hotel The ski locker arrangement was great as the boot locker was in reception. An easy flight of stairs to collect and deposit ski's in normal footwear and put the skis on the rack outside reception while you change into your boots in the comfort of the reception area Staff were super helpful and booked transfers for us which were cheaper than other companies we had looked at and they even made a breakfast box for us as we left early. A little walk to and from the slopes, but only a few minutes each way (there wasn't a huge amount of snow when we went in the village)
