Beautiful apartment in the centre of town, comfortable beds, well equipped, air con was a huge bonus in the heat wave. Loved the little terrace. Charlotte is an excellent host. We will return!

Loved this property. Really big rooms, very comfortable, everything supplied. Great location near Place Carnot where there are lots of restaurants. Also very close to Carrefour for supplies. Really good coffee shop just steps away. An easy walk to the Medieval city. Excellent value for money.

This place was fantastic. It is really large and spacious and in a fantastic location just 10 minute walk from the train station and easily walkable to most other things. The Carcassone medieval fortress was about a 20-25 minute walk. There is some information on the apartment which I loved. The directions were easy to follow and I was able to check in early and drop my bags.

It would have been nice if there was a little table and chairs in the outside space.

The property was lovely. It was really spacious and clean. There was loads of room for 3 people. The location was also good for the main square in the new town.

Very classy, elegant, spacious and clean apartment with fantastic amenities including a good-sized and very functional kitchen! Excellent location only a few minutes walk to a square with cafes and restaurants. Check-in was very easy and host responsive. Great value. We loved our stay at Le Cour so much that we felt we could even live there!

You can hear the street a lot from the bedroom but thankfully it is not a very passing street so it wasn't too much of a hindrance. Carcassonne city centre was a bit disappointing as it looks like many shops and businesses have closed down so it wasn't very lively when we visited but that's nothing to do with the flat in itself.

The flat has been beautifully decorated and is situated about 10mns walk to the train station and 15mns to the medieval city so that was very convenient for us. It was a bit cold when we visited and we couldn't manage to work out the living room heating but to be fair we didn't contact the owner to try and sort as we were out a lot so that wasn't too much of an issue. The flat is very well equipped and very good for a city stay.

There was nothing about the apartment itself that I could fault, but a discrepancy about the checkout time - on Booking.com's site and the confirmation when I booked said 12.00, but a lady knocked on my door at 1115 to say that checkout was 11am, when I was midway through packing. I showed her the booking.com page which said 12, but she said it was 11. So my departure was a little frazzled as I hurried to leave when this was not my fault. A bit of an unnecessary exchange that can easily be solved by ensuring the actual check out time aligns with what is on the booking.com page. Please stay here, it is a beautiful apartment.

The flat was really large, airy , stylishly presented and fully equipped. It was in the perfect location and spotlessly clean.

Lack of seating in the sitting room (there were four of us). Just the sofa and one chair. A deck of cards would be a great addition. Terrace is very pretty but it’s surrounded and lacks sunlight.

Beautifully decorated apartment. Location is fantastic. It is right beside Place Carnot, a bustling square with plenty of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. Beds were very comfortable.

Loved the layout and style/decor of the apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable. The courtyard was a lovely bonus. Everything was as per the photos. Location was also brilliant being close to Place Carnot and within walking distance of La Cite. The host, Charlotte was very responsive and helpful.

The bathroom could do with a little update - the corners of the bath a bit mouldy could do with new silicone & the small shower hook needs fixing so that you can rise it higher up for a better shower :) I recommend it be done and would make a big difference :)

No view but lots of light coming in. Dishes and glasses are only as clean as the last guest leaves them. Towels are clean but thin.

Easy, straight walk from train station (follow the tiles in the middle of the passage, Google gets lost). Bike rental shop is 4 doors away. Listened to live music on the square Friday night. Very hot water which is prized. Air con was welcome as it was a hot week. Overall, a very comfortable unit.
