Pierrette is extremely helpful and a wonderful source of information about the area. Breakfast is a home-cooked treat, with various 'spécialités maison' on offer. It was a wonderful base for visiting Carcassonne, while staying well-away from the tourist crowds. Very local, very pleasant.”
