Parking spaces and turning room adequate and rubber buffer thoughtfully provided (unlike nearby competitor we have used, where car paint adorns the walls)”

    “Really quaint hotel. Greeted by wonderful team, extremely helpful. Great use of goods in the dining room. Never seen so many condiments. The hotel is 250yrs old so expect some areas to show which adds to enjoyment of staying here. Odd shaped room, slightly sloping floors. Lovely spiral staircase. 5 minutes away from station and all attractions. Will be recommending to friends and hope to stay again.”

The experience starts at the car park secure and then reception staff are so welcoming.The cleanliness of the hotel and room is excellent. Rouen is a jewel to visit and the hotel location is ideal only a five minute walk. We have already booked for our return journey home on 27/09/2025 in the knowledge we are in for a really restful and comfortable stop over .”
