Jessica recommended several restaurants, but especially our dinner at Le Relais de Beaufort was excellent! They have a vending machine outside, so the following day we went back for a meal which we took home.
Special note: there was a snackbar a few minutes from our accommodation. I cannot remember the name but if you want a quick and simple mail, I can recommend this for fries, etc. We speak basic French and the man working there heard our accents and came without asking to offer help in translating the menu and explaining what was on offer. A very kind and friendly gesture!”
