“The apartment was really nice - new, modern and cosy. We liked the balcony and the fact that the area was so quiet (there are also nice bakeries near the apartment). The staff was very friendly.”
“There is a reason that this property (with free parking and breakfast included) is one of the best values (ie cheapest) in Lille: well, two reasons really. First, it’s quite a walk into the centre. Second, the apartment is within a Seniors Residence rather than a hotel. Having said that, we walked through the park twice a day which we wouldn’t have done if we’d stayed in the old town. And the apartment is huge and the bed is very comfortable. We’ve read some of the other comments and, yes, bring soap for the shower: but also bring your favourite coffee for the filter coffee machine, cheese and wine for the enormous fridge and meals to cook in the microwave (if you don’t want the evening walk into town for supper)! Sure, it’s not a quaint hotel in the middle of Lille: so if that’s what you’re looking for don’t book this and expect to pay quite a lot more!”
