We appreciated the attention to detail and little surprises in the room (such as selection of teas, supplies for art, books). Walking distance to both the river (5 min) and all town attractions (15-25 min). A wonderful stay for anyone who wants to escape the city and relax.”

Communication was easy with the hosts (in French and in English), and they were extremely accommodating to our arrival time and needs. For instance, my partner is a cyclist and we were able to store his bike in their shed. We loved the fact that we were able to enjoy the entire estate and come and go as we pleased. The hosts made themselves readily available, without feeling like they were hovering. A couple of stand-out aspects: the view from the bedroom, all of the wild birds in the yard, their cat and dog, and a delicious fresh-made breakfast every morning.”
