The breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding, the pools were stunning and great for our young girls, while we had some hiccups to start with check-in, the duty manager really made sure our stay was amazing going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and nice experience which was more than made up for the hiccups at the start and really showed the true standard they like to deliver

AustraliaThere were a lot of mosquitoes. The ponds are lovely but I was worried about the Dengue fever outbreak so kept every door and window closed up.
We arrived to a message on our bed written in grass clipping and a piece of chocolate cake. I was so touched by this gesture. The size of the room was excellent. We had 3 adults sharing a 2 bed suite and it was spacious. It's fully self contained with a washing machine and dishwasher. Being able to use all of the pools and amenities in the whole Sheraton complex was fantastic. If you want to save on food costs, order room service. The food is high quality and the most affordable on Denarau. There's also a convenience store you can get groceries and alcohol from. The beds were so comfortable. The best on our trip.

New ZealandThe food options are a little limited and can be quite pricey. We had a gluten free person with us and they had limited options on site, but there are options nearby if you want to look a little wider.
The property is lovely and the staff are very attentive. There are a range of pools and amenities for everything you may want, and we had a great break. It's easy to get places nearby and lots of day trip options that pick up directly from the hotel.

AustraliaOur 6 month old got sick and we had to leave early. The staff were really helpful in getting us to the nearby clinic in the middle of the night and checked on us the following day. As his health was deteriorating we decided to book an early flight and leave early. We did not expect to be refunded however the staff informed us that they would refund our remaining 4 nights accommodation which was greatly appreciated. When we return to Fiji we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Facilities were great and the staff were more professional and welcoming than other resorts we have stayed at previously.

New ZealandHave to walk to Sheraton for buffet breakfast.....busy! Asked by a greeter at breakfast how our stay was. Said I thought our bed might have lice. They said it would be checked. Never heard back. Then spoke to front desk and never hear back. Then spoke to someone on the phone and never heard back.
Compared to Sofitel and Radisson pool areas quite chilled. Not too hard to find a lounger especially by the long pool that's not beach front. Villa very spacious and perfect for families. Close to shop when you don't want to pay $12 for an ice cream. Wet Edge restaurant has some dinner options that are quite economical, e.g. large toasted sandwiches and fries. Buffet huge!!! But also quite full and noisy. A few things missing from our room but were delivered promptly after we called. Could do activities at Sheraton and then retreat to quiet of villas.

We made some great family memories on our trip, we didn't want to leave! If you can do the breakfast buffet, do it! It's huge but also fresh. Couldn't fault anything!

FijiWe had some issues while checking in, when we arrived at the property around 2:45pm we were told that our room was not ready and that we could complete the check-in formalities and wait in the lobby and they would get back to us as soon as the room was ready, considering that we had driven down from Suva the same morning and had a 1 year old with us we asked them to either call or email us while we visited Port Denarau from some snacks and lunch. We went to Cardo's and returned to reception around 4:25pm and were advised that the room was ready yet noone had the courtesy to inform us all that while. Naturally we were upset having to deal with the tantrums of a 1 year old who was tired and fussy, never the less the Duty Manager did apologize and thereon our stay was salvaged. However maybe there needs to be better communication in such areas, it becomes hard to manage specially when you are travelling with kids.
The rooms that we booked were spacious and clean, we particularly enjoyed the pool and sun decks with the kids. Food was good and location is in close proximity to the marina, waterpark, minigolf etc which gives lots of activities to do.

Our stay at the Sheraton Denarau Villas was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Fijian hospitality and a level of service that made us feel both valued and relaxed. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom villa that felt like a true home away from home. The villa was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed — including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which were incredibly convenient for our family. One of the biggest highlights was access to all the facilities of the Sheraton and nearby resorts. We enjoyed the beachfront infinity pool, relaxing massages, and delicious meals at the resort restaurants. The buffet breakfasts were fantastic — a wide variety, beautifully presented, and served with a smile. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Every interaction felt genuine and kind — from housekeeping to reception to the restaurant servers. They greeted us with joy each day, and truly elevated the entire experience. The location on Denarau Island is also ideal — close to the port for day trips and cruises, yet tucked away enough to feel serene and secluded. Whether we were lounging by the pool, walking along the beach at sunset, or enjoying cocktails at the beachfront bar, every moment felt like a slice of paradise. We left completely relaxed and recharged. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning — and next time, we’ll stay even longer! Vinaka to all the Sheraton Team 🫶🏽
