It feels a bit like living in a hospital, not very charming. Doors make a lot of noice.

The photos do not represent the apartment. Apartment was dated and cinical... not very welcoming. Beds uncomfortable. Strange set up with the keys. The breakfast room was crowded. Expensive for what it was.

Nothing - however it was not clear to me that it was student accommodation, so I was a little surprised at first (I am 68 years old). People of all ages were using the property, it was nice.

The location is great, in walking distance to town and nice friendly neighbourhood with a tram stop a 2 minute walk away. The property is or was well kept and organised student housing. The single room seemed a little sparse but everything you need is there. The breakfast was plentiful & nice!

It looks like a student dormitory,or a hospital room..it would benefit from some changes to make it look more warm and welcoming. The bathroom is in the kitchen area and resembles a cabin of a ship which was not very comfortable.the breakfast was poor and the breakfast area had nothing to remind that this is a hotel!!!

Small-single bed. Little TV screen There was no glass shower enclosure to protect the bathing area. There was only one plastic towel, no window. The place seems a student place, I don't recommend it for those who want to relax.

The only issue was the heat - Helsinki was warm when we stayed, and the apartment faced the sun for most of the day. It was difficult to get a breeze, and the heat made it difficult to sleep.

The front desk staff were amazing - helpful with early check-in, storing luggage the day we left, and shared useful and friendly advice. They were the friendliest people in our entire journey! The apartment was bright, clean and the kitchen was easy to use. The beds were comfortable. The location was excellent- close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast (which was included!) was a full buffet ot hot and cold foods and drinks. It can be crowded, but it was worth attending. The laundry facilities were a life-saver with washers and dryers ar no cost. You just need to sign up.

Kind of a hostel feeling. No housekeeping everyday. Fresh towels on request. Contrary to the description besides soap no shampoo or shower gel was provided. Everything pretty basic. Rooms need overhaul eventually.

Very nice room, everything clean and needed in one place. Great breakfast. Underground parking for big, american car was uncomfortable. It's very well comunicated place with public transport. Near to the supermarket and beach. It was great and we hope to come back.

The only downside would be the bedsheets: there were hairs on the bedsheets, the conforter and mattress are yellow from use. It would be good to change them.

It was very confortable ! You can enjoy everything: terrace, sauna, good location, breakfast,... The room is convenient, just the right size and bathroom is super clean. The staff is adorable !

Good location just next to tram stop, but also nice walking distance to parks and city centre. Basic rooms and good common areas with sofas and kitchen in every floor. We really enjoyed the roof terrace with nice views. Breakfast was good but a crowded as one needed to stay in one line for everything ina very narrow space.
